We had a great stay! The place was clean and the view was incredible!!! My husband and I enjoyed it! We had a small issue but the host quickly responded and fixed it! I wholeheartedly would stay again and recommend that you do as well!

My husband and I stayed here just for one night but wished it was for more. The whole apartment is just beautiful and very clean. The balcony overlooks the pools and has plenty of room to sit and enjoy. The bathrooms are spacious and nicely done. I especially liked the kitchen. Huge refrigerator and counter space. We will definitely be back!

First time staying at the MGM signature, and it couldn’t have been better. Wonderful view and amenities. Had a small problem with the master shower not draining correctly, Called the property manager, and it was fixed immediately at our convenience. Will definitely be going back!

Really clean, stylish and upscale... especially for the rate. I love the Signature as a place to be close to everything but far enough away from the drunks and the noise to relax. This is a great apartment in a great tower. Perfect.

This was the perfect, private getaway for our concert at the Sphere. Super clean, nicely updated condo with excellent use of all of the space! Our most favorite thing was sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and soaking in the view! Extremely comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice appliances, the list could go on and on. If only we had had more time to enjoy all of the nice upgraded touches. Looking forward to booking our next stay very soon! If you are looking for a spot gently tucked away from the casino vibe but close enough to jump right in when you are ready…book this property today! Don’t hesitate.

Wonderful little gem of a penthouse at Signature Tower One, just a few blocks off the Strip. The owners have renovated this unit so beautifully with lots of thoughtful touches not found in other properties. The bedroom nook is a great place to relax, the balcony is AWESOME for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The bed is ridiculously comfortable!! The kitchen is well stocked, and the location is an easy walk to the monorail without ever having to step outside. Check in and out were a breeze, and Amber is by far the best Host we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She attended to special requests ahead of our arrival and was immediately available and exceptionally communicative regarding our stay. This is not a run of the mill property. It is special, unique, and thoughtfully curated with the guest constantly in mind.We stayed for four days and can't wait to return! This is next-level luxury. Get ready for a truly special and well-supported stay and book now!!

Exceeded expectations in every way! Easy check-in and check out. Free Valet parking on property. Room was exceptional! Views Amazing! Had everything we needed for our stay in Vegas. Definitely will book again if we come back to Vegas.

The place is beautifully decorated. A tad smaller than I expected but still more than enough room for 2 people and occasional guests. Beautiful view and host is extremely responsive. Will stay again and I highly recommend.

We stayed here while in town for U2 concert....Absolutely gorgeous top floor condo with views in 2 directions. All the little things were there...extra blanket, pillows, coffee k cups, hairdryer. SUPER comfy bed. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

This penthouse is wonderful… and classy. The location, the views, the quality of the bedroom and front room and bathrooms and kitchen… all perfect. Looking forward to the next trip and staying here again!

It was an amazingly comfortable and all-around enjoyable stay. Price was great, accommodations were spot on, and the proximity to get around for Vegas fun was pretty great. We had a while week conference and the kitchen was slightly under-stocked to accommodate the “grocery eat-in” model but we managed. All in all it was probably the best Verbo we’ve ever done.

Beautiful accommodation, very clean and quiet. Bed is super comfortable. Full kitchen, two full baths and two tv's, my wife and I felt right at home but within a short walk or taxi ride of restaurants, casinos and great entertainment. Particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my laptop or just watching the helicopters go by. Original reservation 5 nights but when we extended our trip two nights fortunately the condo was available. Property owner, Amber, never failed to respond promptly to our questions before and during the trip. We hope to stay in this property again on our annual trip to Las Vegas.

Even know I was in a room at the end away from the elevators you could still hear them running all night long. Not a big deal since in the bedroom you could hear them. View was amazing. Wasn’t a whole lot to eat on site unless you walked a mile inside to the casino. Overall very nice and will be back

This top floor corner suite in Tower 1 gave me and my wife incredible privacy. Easy walk to MGM casino/restaurants (via indoor walking escalators) We enjoyed the views both for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The bedroom 'speakeasy' strip view nook is pure genius! Bed was super comfy and new furniture throughout made us feel at home. Will defintitely will be booking again!

We enjoyed our time at the suite from the moment we opened the door and saw the view. The balcony, located off the living room, looks toward the spacious MGM Grand Pool complex, downtown, airport and the mountains. From the bedroom windows we could see the pool complex as well as an expansive view the strip and Red Rock Canyon. The kitchen had everything we needed including a full-sized fridge and dishwasher. There was ample storage for clothing in the bedroom and living room. The master bath had a fantastic jetted tub and walk-in shower for relaxing after a long night! The entire suite was beautifully furnished with good attention to detail. Check-in and check-out were easy and valet service went smoothly.
