Great central location. Bright, spacious room with very new furniture and amenities. They even provided hair dryer and a very clean kettle in the room which is quite rare in the Philippines. WiFi works amazingly well (also very rare in the PH). Door is electronic. There were staff at the reception 24 hours of the day. Overall the hotel felt very safe and the neighborhood too.

At times there was construction work going on at odd hours, they don’t typically last for hours but it could happen at 8am or at 8pm.

Location was fine

We had just one night there, gladly. The only nice thing was that bed was comfortable. Other than that was bad. The smell in the room was awful, even wors in bathroom, I literally had to use my perfume to make the smell tolerable to be in the room. Everything was dirty, I just wanted to leave as soon as we could. Did not even try the breakfast, but read some reviews that it is awful, so no regrets not even trying. The guys at the reception also took ages to register us.

El personal y el mareo con todo en general. Llegamos y entramos en nuestra habitación y estaba ya usada, esperamos casi una hora para darnos otra habitación. Dejamos a lavar la ropa y luego nos la traen peor y faltando ropa. Pedimos una noche más y el dueño que al parecer era chino le dijo a la encargada un precio doble de lo que habíamos cogido por internet. Nuestra impresión fue del típico negocio familiar que les da igual los turistas. Le pedimos que tramiten la compra de un traslado y hasta última hora nos marearon y casi perdemos el barco. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y todo parecía normal para ellos. En definitiva si solo estáis de paso y solo tener una cama perfecto, pero por precio calidad pésima.

The Filipino staffs but still lack of training.

Property is still on construction, a lot of things are going on…so many construction workers. Got the chance to speak with the Chinese Owners (3 of them) about the breakfast. It says in their menu you have choices , but they served the same breakfast everyday. Requested but they declined , they said no other choices we eat whatever they have available. Very poor no hotel customer service. We even saw some worms in their bathroom, meaning the rooms are very dirty and was not cleaned well. We requested a bath mat and I was given a hand towel… they say we can use it as well. Air con not too cold , that’s why we had to ask for an electric fan. Staffs lack of training.

The accommodation is clean, quiet and nice

I forgot to give a deposit of 1000 pesos when checking out, so I didn't receive it. Can I get it back next time I go? Of course, you need to bring a deposit when checking out, but I wonder why they didn't tell you.

Das Hotel wird noch fertig gebaut, ist also eine Baustelle und dementsprechend Laut. Das Wasser ist während unseres Aufenthalt öfters ausgefallen. Die Angestellten sprechen nur sehr schlechtes Englisch und haben scheinbar keinerlei Erfahrung im Hotelgewerbe.
