À retro but clean and warm. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet situation with good views. The dogs were warmly received.

Bathroom very dated however the shower was very good.

Everything was as expected and beyond They are a cat and a dog who are really friendly and playful However the host would keep the dog in his place if you asked them

I went with my 3 boys who enjoyed every minute there .

The bungalow was very spacious, immaculately clean, the beds were so comfortable. The host was lovely and went out of her way to accommodate us, before and during our stay. Big bath, and plenty of garden for the dogs to run around (although not enclosed) The dogs stayed for free which is a big thing for me. Would definitely recommend this place, yes the decor is dated but that just adds to its charm.

The hot water tank took a while to heat up, but I understand that this house is a renovation project and the hosts are modernising it as they go. It wasn’t a big issue.

Comfy bed

It was stinking of old musty unused things. Carpet ill fitting, wallpaper peeling off walls, dated fixtures and fittings, no plug in bath, old heating system so had to put water heater on hours before use. Owner not really helpful just kept telling us to wait but ended up washing at kitchen sink. Asked for a refund but refused.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming,even offering us a nice bottle of wine on arrival! Lovely,quiet location. Easy parking. Very comfortable with all amenities including a smart TV with Netflix,Amazon and Iplayer etc. Great value for money too,in comparison to other properties in the Warwick and Stratford area. Will definitely go back.
