Cleanliness, pool, breakfast, staff.

For what we paid, nothing to dislike at all. Expect a relatively small room, but that's to be expected.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel provides complimentary water which is incredible. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I wish the hotel had a laundry service within the building.

Nice clean, modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool on the top floor with a nice view. Rooms are functional and clean. Location is handy to MRT and Vivo city/Harbourfront. Shower has good pressure, bed was comfy, good lighting. There's a small fridge, kettle and sink with hand soap, which is really for after the bathroom as there's no official hand basin for that. Tea, coffee provided but could have done with more, as we drink a lot, and some milk would have been nice. There's a shop at the petrol stations either side or a few mins walk to some local shops. Really liked that there was a filtered tap for drinking water instead of plastic bottled water. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, you can reach most places by bus or go one stop to the Harbourfront MRT. We were able to get late check out until 6pm for extra, which was great because our flight was at 10pm.

Rooms are a little bit small, esp when trying to navigate into 2 large suitcases. We had to slide ours under the bed. There isn't a lot of hanging space but it was good for planning a day or 2 ahead. Could have done with more tea bags. Breakfast was interesting, the space is small so we shared tables in the dining area. Small cups for tea and coffee, mugs would be great. There's the usual breakfast options but we ended up eating out mostly. The window has an automatic remote to open and close, and if your lights are on people can see inside so beware haha!

Very warm welcome, breakfast was varied each day, excellent transport links. The balcony view was great and the swimming pool was awesome. Thank you

The rooms are clean but little bit small, especially for a family. But close to bus stop and main local transportation hub, Harbourfront.

The rooms are small. You have to sit on your bed or go to lobby.

Location was great and staff were always pleasant and helpful. Bus stop right outside and was easy to use.

The beds were very hard and breakfast was chaotic to say the least! Restaurant area is far to small for number of people staying at hotel. We had a large school group there including teachers and found them rude and obnoxious, was very disappointing.

Besonders zu erwähnen ist die sehr gute Anbindung an Bus und Metro. Das Hotel ist, wie eigentlich alles in Singapur sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer sind sehr eng und für einen Aufenthalt länger als 2 - 3 Tage nicht geeignet. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist okay, wenn auch nichts herausragendes. Man sollte auf die Zeit achten, da es sonst im Frühstücksraum schnell überfüllt ist.
