We were working in the SW of London for a week, so needed to find somewhere comfortable to come and go from each day, and this place was exactly that. The studio was lovely and clean, spacious enough for a couple and the kitchen downstairs was fully equipped to make a nice dinner each night rather than having to go out and spend excessive amounts of money. The location was also fantastic, an epic supermarket only 3-4 minute walk away, cafes/pubs/patisseries, honestly everything you could want, in what is a really nice, safe area. Richmond park is also worth a visit and excellent for a run or a walk if you’re into fitness. HIGHLY recommend!

To be honest, we were initially slightly deterred by some previous reviews we read, but they are so pedantic, for example the staircase, yes it’s steep, but what do you expect? The only thing that I can understand people would complain about is the noise of aeroplanes, they constantly fly above, but you get use to it. We had an excellent experience here, don’t let older reviews stop you from visiting.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean

The fact that staff is not available for help combined with the many issues that happened at the property became a nightmare. I had a reservation for one week but the disaster was so that I stayed only for 3 days: Upon check-in they put the wrong keys in the keylock. I contacted the property and had to wait for half and hour in the street till a staff member could go to the property to give me the right keys. The second day in the afternoon I couldn’t enter the property again, there was a problem with the entrance door, I contacted the property, nobody from the staff could come to check so the finally decided to call a locksmith instead. I had to wait for 2 hours in the street. The third day in the morning there was no hot water, they did not solve the problem for the day. After calling the property and Booking customer service several times, I asked to leave if property if they returned me the money for the remaining nights and they finally agreed. But they charged me the whole cleaning fee. Booking did not took any responsibility and said that it was up to the property if they agreed to leave and refund me the money or not, even if the negligence was all because of the property. Big lose of time and money. And the neighbourhood is nice but it is not very well connected to the city centre.

I like the building facilities and the proximity of the building to Bus stop, Train station and Grocery shops.

No cleaning of the room for the whole 9 nights of my stay. No toilet paper in the rest room. No wardrobe in the room. The main building door lock is faulty. No changing of bedsheets. No smoking area outside the building. No waste bin in the room. Check out time should be extended to 12 noon as that's what is obtainable in most European countries.

Bed was amazing. Location was the best: close to Richmond Park and to the train station and local buses. Also located in a nice street with many coffee shops. Little kitchen in the corner was very handy.

The facilities were excellent. The communal kitchen/diner/lounge was extremely well equipped with washer/dryer and cooking facilities.. the room itself was cozy enough with quality fittings throughout

I stayed in room 3.. be aware, the noise from the road is extremely obtrusive well into the night, even with windows shut. I did wake a number of times from the sound of motor bikes, lorries etc. Some instance of an internal slide glazing to reduce this noise would be a benefit.
