the amenities and the room layout. Dinner was great. breakfast selection and variety is well thought and well prepared.

unfortunately some of the facilities was under renovation. e.g. Kids Palace. the gym close a little bit too early in my opinion. the keycard issue needs to be handled.

The nearby beach was extremely dirty so unusable. The neighborhood is not attractive either. Loud to stay in the rooms that have the balcony/windows to the inner yard - loud noises from the outer part of the air conditioning units.

The property was new and clean and the staff were really great ! The Chef went above and beyond and made to order

The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The gym and pools were still not quite ready to use. We left after one day as the facilities were not as advertised on booking.com. Beautiful place once it is finished. If you want somewhere very quiet, this is the place. We requested an early exit which the staff honoured which was really appreciated.

Avrebbero dovuto terminare i lavori prima di aprire e fare tutti, un corso basilare di hotellerie!!!Tantissime cose che non andavano, ho chiesto il primo giorno di poter fare il ceckout anticipato, ma mi hanno fatto mille storie dicendo che dipendeva da Booking e sono dovuta rimanere. La spiaggia privata per la quale avevo scelto questo hotel, in realtà non esiste. la piscina era senza lettini, ombrelloni o altro perché (mi hanno detto) gli dovevano arrivare..quindi ci si corica sul pavimento o ci si siede su delle sedie che hanno messo dopo la mia segnalazione;il Wi-Fi a dir poco terribile, alla colazione molti cibi erano senza etichetta di cosa fossero e tutte le stoviglie mette sotto il piano dei cibi…quindi bisogna piegarsi per prenderle, tavole non apparecchiate per la colazione ma si mangia direttamente sul tavolo, telefono in camera per chiamare la reception non funzionava, non ci sono le indicazioni nei corridoi della direzione per le ascensori, completamente anonimo tutto l’ambiente interno sembra di non essere più a Bali (niente fiori, decorazioni, pareti completamente vuote)…concludo così ma ci sarebbe ancora moltissimo da dire

Absolutely warm and courteous from desk staff. Very close to the airport . Fantastic breakfast spread with a goof mix of regional dishes . The breakfast opens at 6:30 , really helps if you want to head to the airport after your breakfast . The Spa was really worth it, my wife loved it .

The internet connection in the room was spotty . In room entertainment could improve a bit . Netflix streaming could be made available in English as well

The hotel is brand new and still in soft opening so the price was really acceptable. The included breakfast was amazing as well as the room and the lobby and overall hotel experience. Rooftop and private beach is still not open but will look great in the future. There are still some construction work in progress but nothing disturbing. The hotel is spotless clean.

The room was a good size even though it didn’t look exactly like the rendering. The bathroom felt luxurious. The service can be slow but everyone was kind and helpful.

The hotel was new but didn’t feel clean. When we first entered it smelled like we were the first people there since construction. Saw a cockroach in our room and the elevator didn’t work properly.

The staff are fantastic. All are very beautiful people. Thanks to Rocky, Yosa and Eka and many other staff too who I didn't get their names. They really went extra miles to provide us what we needed and even came up to our room with a lovely cake and sang birthday song for my wife. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was big very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff in the restaurant were also very courteous and professional. Definitely be staying there again if we visit Bali again. Errrrrrr.......I still couldn't find any unsatisfactory.

Le personnel est très agréable bien qu'ils ont du mal à comprendre l'anglais par moment, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel (on peut pas faire mieux tellement le choix est immense).

Nous pensions nous reposer dans cet hôtel mais ce n'était pas le cas. La chambre vue mer donne sur une rue très bruyante (voiture, scooter, bus et bruit des restaurants et travaux aux alentours...) et la porte fenêtre est mal isolée donc on entend tout ! La climatisation qui siffle pendant la nuit (normal d'après les techniciens venus constater). Le wifi qui fait que couper lorsque nous travaillons du bureau (il faut aller systématiquement aller devant la porte de la chambre). La piscine (1 mètre de fond) n'a pas de chaise longue, grosse déception, on nous a proposé de nous asseoir sur une chaise (pas idéal pour bronzer) et impossible de rester au sol tellement il est brulant avec le soleil. Le jacuzzi n'est pas un jacuzzi mais une mini piscine chauffée (après avoir demandé pour avoir les bulles dedans, 5 techniciens sont arrivés mais personne a réussi à le faire fonctionner). Pas de table sur la terrasse de la chambre juste deux chaises. Quand on prend la douche l'eau s'écoule dans la chambre car l'évacuation de l'eau n'est pas assez rapide (tapis de bain gorgé d'eau...). Pas de produit pour se laver dans la baignoire (ceux de la douche étant fixés) nous avons du en demander d'autres (plus de 30 minutes pour les avoir, nous avons donc pris une douche...). Bref ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. On veut bien admettre que l'hôtel vient d'ouvrir mais les clients n'ont pas à servir de cobayes surtout que le prix que nous avons payé et le même si nous réservons en août prochain (pleine période). Bref nous sommes déçus de cet hôtel dans lequel nous pensions vraiment nous reposer avant de reprendre l'avion. Nous ne pouvions même pas profiter de la plage en face car elle est envahit de déchets, plastiques.... une horreur. Nous mettons donc la note de 4 "Decevant" car c'est vraiment le terme qui résume notre séjour.

Die Zimmer modern, aber für Urlaub nicht gemütlich. Es ist abends sehr laut auf der Straße. Der Strand ist vor Müll nicht nutzbar.

The hotel is brand new (January 2024). Everything is clean, luxurious, comfortable. The staff is attentive. everyone is trying to satisfy your every need. There are two swimming pools, a spa with excellent value for money, hot and cold baths and breakfast is a must. You can spend an hour at the breakfast and enjoy dishes from different parts of Asia. A great discovery. I will go back again and this time I will take my family with me.

The hotel is very new so there are still times when teams are working on the finishing touches so sometimes there is noise but the management is really careful to ensure that this disturbs visitors as little as possible. La atención del personal . Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El hotel esta nuevo con lo cual tiene pequeños detalles a pulir aún . Pero el personal del hotel es tan servicial y encantador que compensan estos detalles . Bravo à todo el equipo .

1. 아침식사 : 발리 여행 중에 총 4군데를 다녔습니다. 나중에 보니 여기가 젤로 5성급 이었습니다. 2. 친절도 : 직원들의 친절도 최고였고, 3. 바로 앞의 해변에 위치한 식당(지금 기억이 안남...멜 주시면 찾아드림^^) 해산물도 2명이서 4만 5천원 정도로 젤로 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 호텔 바로 앞의 1분거리 해변이라 젤로 편합니다. 4. 새로 업그레이드 하는 호텔이라 모든게 싹싹하고, 직원들도 힘차 보이고, 무엇보다 사누르, 우붓, 꾸타의 숙소보다 식사가 너무 훌륭했습니다. (많이 먹어둘껄....) 5. 근처에 해변 산책용 워킹 보드도 있어서 더 좋습니다.

1, 지금 한창 공사중이라(개축?증축?)소음이 났습니다. 2. 사진 속의 전망이 있는 방이 아니라 다른 방을 주시네요...영어가 짧아서, 1박이라서 컴플레인 안했습니다.^^ 3. 수영장이 좀...베드도 그렇고, (공사 때문인가?) 그늘도 없고...이용이 안 땡깁니다..바로 앞의 해변으로 가세요. 4. 생각보다 홍보가 덜 되어서 사람들이 많이 없어서 좋으면서 살짝 심심? 했습니다.

离海边和机场都比较近。已建成的设施齐全，客房环境整洁。服务人员也比较负责任

可能是因为新酒店，还没完全盖好就在营业了。很多泳池之类的设施都不是很完善。房间图片和实物不符，建议修改图片。
