mold in the unit, wasn’t terrible but still gross. we got approved for a late checkout, and then 3 hours before our checkout the “supervisor” knocked on our door and told us we had to go NOW or we’d be charged another day. she told us she’s taking back our late checkout. just an unprofessional place.

Issue was dirty floors. Communicating with “Tucker” Was redundant

Property was clean and beautifully appointed. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

I didn’t even get to stay because the person never answered the phone I had to book a whole other room. They sent the instructions at 10:30pm when check in was 3pm. My money has not been refunded yet so i had to spend extra money while that money is on hold. They had no consideration for me

This place was a total disappointment. I decided to book a staycation with my son and his friend for the spring break but this place was a total mistake. The pictures are probably from 20 years ago because it certainly doesn’t look like that anymore. The coffee table foot felt off when we moved the table to open the sofa bed and nobody never came to fix or replace it. No pillow covers, hair stuck to the door of the bathroom, no hair dryer !! Closet doors broken, gym closed for maintenance with no advance notice. Basically I want my money back.

Excellent quiet location just off the beach. Very spacious and had everything in the unit you could ask for. Very clean. Will stay here again.

You hope get what you pay for... the outside community property was lovely, well maintained & manicured. HOWEVER, once we stepped into the rental unit, it left a lot to be desired. It appeared to have been very lightly cleaned, there was a buildup of dust/dirt etc on baseboards, water stains on the countertops, door frames were filthy and the unit didn't smell fresh. The bathroom sink & tub drains were almost clogged, making it take forever to drain. The unit desperately needs a deep clean and fresh coat of paint at least. t wasn't an overly pleasant experience, and I definitely wouldn't recommend to friends.

Condo needs a good cleaning, needs updated and clean furniture

We enjoy traveling with our dog. The property is very dog friendly. Our request for additional supplies was answered very quickly. Close to beach if you want to walk a bit otherwise lots of parking options. We loved the doggy beach. BBQ facilities are clean and a great way to end a day at the beach. Will definitely be back again.

The apartment was very well equipped and was modern and clean. The complex was beautiful however there was a big down fall, the pool was not heated and lots of no-see-em, we had to buy insect repellent to see by the pool. Bbq area was great but gate closed at dusk so no access for late dinner cooking, overall would not return.

The kitchen is infested with tiny red ants. The agency agreed to move us when the exterminator failed to respond. The ants bite- a lot. The bites are painful. The second unit was infested as well. Both of the units are on the first floor of building 10.

The property is beautifully landscaped with a flair for the tropics. A colony of red ants swarmed the kitchen during our first-night stay. We alerted the property manager who committed to discuss patching an exterminator. Twenty-four hours later on the night before Christmas, we were left with no alternative but to purchase ant baits and cans of spray in hopes of eliminating the problem ourselves. The ants bite! We found them in the bedroom as well. Don't book here if like me you are allergic to insect bites. The second unit we rented as the insects as well. Ugh!!!

Clean and spacious apartment. Great location to the beach. Lovely restaurants nearby.

Overall the property was good for the price. Would like to see the mold and mildew removed from shower and tub. Sent many emails asking about early check in since we got off our cruise in the morning. They never replied.
