My room was fabulous and I loved my view of the planes. My husband was coming in late, around 11 so staying at the hotel was perfect after his long overseas journey. Thank you so much!!

We arrived at 12am checked in, they knew nothing about the airport (BNA hilton should be somewhat knowledgeable) tried to tell me the security line opened at 5 am. I am a local I fly often enough and our flight was at 5:35 am. He guessed 4 am then (we went through security at 3:50 am). We got our room and as soon as we opened the door we could smell cigarettes so strongly it made our eyes water. We had been traveling for a while but worried we couldn’t get sleep we called the front desk. She told us they were booked and she would have to speak to her manager about moving us and only offered points as reimbursement (I don’t use Hilton enough for points to feel comparable for a 275$ night fee). She stated she could offer no money due to booking through hotels.com. Claimed she’d call back. 25 minutes go by and still no return call. We were wasting time decided to call the front desk and tough it out. 3 hours until we needed to get up we needed some sleep even if coughing and watering eyes. I will not be so keen to pay so much for convenience of being at the airport again. Terrible job as trying to “amend” the problem. No one took ownership, no one offered a solution that fit the issue. Very disappointed and feel such a loss of money.

Great new hotel! Easy to get to from airport!

The room was nice enough but the Aviator restaurant in the property was terrible. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. I asked for some bread while I was waiting and they told me its an upcharge but then later realized my food was going to be very late so they brought me white toast and butter. When my steak arrived, the meat tasted like it had gone bad. I couldn't even finish half of it. I ordered dessert to go and found a hair in it when I got to my room after I had take a bite or two. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The hotel was new and clean, providing comfortable days before and after our flight. Kelly served wonderful breakfast at the restaurant, we would definitely come back to see her again. For those with disabled, it took less than 1-min by walk from the airport, either from the ground level or 5th floor of the terminal.

Super convenient for my 6 am flight out of BNA. Would have been nicer if the had 24 hour coffee though.

Amazingly convenient to the airport. Nice, clean place to stay. Strangely, the king room we reserved and pre-paid for was not available when we got there? The double queen worked fine, just don’t understand how that happens.

Very helpful for a flight out as it is on the airport property. Extremely clean. Very clean linens. No vent fan in bathroom so room fills with steam from bathroom. Had to open the room door to vent steam out. Although room slept 4, it only had 1 mirror . Although newly rennovated, one can still here the guests in the hallway and the closing of other rooms doors. The door to the room is had about 1/4 inch gap letting in the hall light. Very fancy and expensive.

Overall experience was very good except the exhaust or air inlet is very noisy which cannot be turned off.
