Love, love, love this property!! A friend and myself stayed at this property while in town for a conference. It is within walking distance from the convention center and centrally located to restaurants and activities that were scheduled downtown. This property is amazing! It is very quaint, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Even though it only has one bathroom, the bathroom is huge and easily accommodates multiple guests. We will definitely stay here if we are ever in Mobile again!

Ken’s Place has charm,style, and all the comfort you could ask for in a chic downtown getaway. Can’t say enough good things about it. They think of everything you could want or need. Very pleased with our getaway!

Very cool and artistic. Great location with easy walk to every place. We never moved the car from the parking spot in front. Super comfortable beds in large spaces. We will stay there again our next time through.

This was one of the most interesting VRBO's we have ever stayed at. The furnishings and decorations were all perfect for the building. It was centrally located so getting out to sightsee was very easy. Two of the most exceptional features were the king size bed and the amazing shower. If we are ever back in Mobile we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The check-in was easy. The furnishings were amazing. Loved the outdoor porch with table and chairs. It was an easy walk to the downtown restaurants.

We had a wonderful weekend, the place is decorated beautifully! It’s located in a great location! The Uber scooters in town made getting around very easily as well!

We loved staying here! My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights for a couples getaway. We were able to walk to everything that we did…bars, restaurants, grocery store, breweries. We loved the funky New Orleans vibe. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, towels were clean & fluffy. Everything you need is there. On Sunday night the parking lot next to the rental was very noisy, but the nights during the week it was very quiet. We hope to come back again soon!

Great stay in Mobile! Unit was conveniently located in Downtown and the Convention Center. It was charming and unique!

This is a great space for a couple people. Clean. The location is only a block away from the night life. The only down side is the public parking next door becomes a rowdy party lot when the bars shut down. I don’t advise if you plan to be sleeping at 2 or 3 in the morning weekends. Otherwise it’s the perfect location if you plan to take full advantage of the night life.

My family of 4 stayed at the house for 1 night on our way to Destin. The house was very clean, easy walking access to town, and plenty of space for our family. The decor was on point for the heritage of the home! If we are ever back in Mobile, we would definitely stay here again!! Also- Ken was extremely friendly, helpful, and gave tips for dinner!

My partner and I spent a week in downtown Mobile and this property was the perfect location. Close to restaurants and Dauphin street nightlife. The owner takes great care to make you feel welcome and cozy. If you are looking for somewhere in downtown Mobile to rest after a long day of shopping or beach going, this is a great choice.

I love staying at Ken’s property. The location is amazing and the property is always exactly as listed. Ken is quick to communicate when needed and leaves you be to enjoy your trip as well. It was lovely to meet him this time.

The property was such a cool old place but still clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night as we passed through but will absolutely be back. So many cool places to walk to that we still want to try!

One of my family’s new favorite vacation rentals! This loft is an absolutely amazing tribute to the history of the area ! Great decor theme, smooth jazz playing when we walked in, comfortable beds, freshly remodeled bathroom, and best water pressure in shower I’ve ever had. Kenneth was responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here. We stayed last year for just one night. This time we made it two. Ken (Property Manager) is very responsive and very helpful. The house is always welcoming, clean, and ready for a stay. There is everything you could think of in the house, that you might need. There is an ironing board, iron, dishes, utensils, washer/dryer, shampoos/soaps, games, everything! You don't need to look for anything else. But when you do, there are a ton of local restaurants, brewhouses, bars, and parks. There isn't a spot or time that you don't feel completely safe. We plan on staying here each time we visit Mobile. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

We rented this property as a halfway point between home an 30A. It was perfect! Close to everything. Clean, neat, tastefully decorated. Easy in. Easy out. Highly recommend.

Our stay was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfortable. Navigating the stairs with our luggage was a little awkward, but not impossible. I am thankful that Ken let us bring our dog, which was not the original plan. We enjoyed walking the area, especially having a small grocery store close by. Thanks, Ken!

Very well kept property. Responsive and kind owner. Located a short walk from most things. Only issue was some noise / party going on after midnight in the parking lot.

Neat place (loved your art). Just a few short blocks away from the Saenger Theater and a lot of great restaurants. Great communication with manager. Will stay here again.

As the title says this place is generally a nice, updated, clean location. The check-in process was easy, the location is central to downtown businesses and nightlife, and the property was well maintained. We enjoyed the time we spent inside the property, and the short time spent downtown before dinner. However, we went to bed around 11 on a Saturday night and by midnight the adjacent parking lot was full of cars with abnoxious exhausts and BLARING speaker systems. My fiancé counted 6 different stereos at a single time playing, at one point. The street located just outside the main bedroom had multiple Chargers, Challengers, Mustangs, any other wanna-be "hot car" drag racing up and down, and throughout downtown. The police seemed non chalant and care-free, as they let everything happen right in front of them. The property itself was very nice but due to the outside actions from Mobile street-racers and obnoxious rap music blaring all night we ended up leaving at 3 AM to make the journey back home. Didn't get any rest, despite the memory foam king-bed.
