Excellent staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good size room, well appointed and very clean. The half kitchen and closet organizer enhanced the great stay. The only thing missing was fruit at breakfast.

We stayed 1 night for a leadership conference my son had and it was perfect! Clean, easy access to the freeway and close to everything. I wish we had stayed longer! Definitely will be back! The breakfast was good. The biscuits and gravy were delish!

This hotel was very nice, clean and with a great kitchen. However, the people above us were so loud all night - screaming and shouting. My husband walked down to the lobby several times and the front desk person said she’d call them but otherwise didn’t do anything. My husband went to their room and asked them to be quiet - their door was wide open at 3am. They were obviously on something and they only got louder after that. My only complaint with this hotel would be to have security or an escalation of some kind for situations like this. I believe they were part of a bigger sales group there.

Traveling on a road trip through the Pacific Northwest and picking hotels when we get tired. This was the best so far. Everyone was amazing. Loved the room with the little extras. Would absolutely stay again.

Expedia indicates check in is at 3 pm, location says 4 pm. Room was not ready when I arrived at 3 pm, and others were waiting too. The front desk employee was very flustered and kept repeating all the stress was going to cause her a heart attac, and that she had reported the check in time discrepancy to management with no action.

One of the most pleasant stays we've had in a while. The staff was courteous and the facility was well equipped.

Our 1 night stay was very good. Stephanie at the Marriott TownePlace went out of her way to accommodate our needs and make us feel very welcomed. Check-in was very efficient and she explained the hotel's amenities and gave us local tourist tips. The rooms are new/modern and well designed with great storage, comfortable beds and a bright bathroom with a fabulous shower.
Pleasanton is a beautiful town and on our next visit we will chose the Marriott TownePlace Suites. Thank yu

My family and I recently stayed 1 night at this location. We have no complaints, everything was great. The room was clean and we enjoyed the facilities. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was clean, and had a small kitchenette. The bed was VERY firm and not that comfortable and the shower didn’t drain well. The breakfast was yuck, powdered eggs, waffles. The location was convenient which is why we chose it. The night we arrived the clerk told me some cars had been broken into the night before.

I think this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at, especially for the price. The staff was nice, helpful and considerate, the rooms were immaculately clean and quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars on comfort was because the bed was a little too stiff for our comfort. Other than that we were highly impressed with our stay.

Brand new property. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Rooms are efficient and practical. A great place to stay for extended periods. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful and amiable. Mykayla was very welcoming at check in. Would definitely stay again.
