Literally awful. I have already requested a refund (thank you for not responding Vrbo, by the way) the property itself was absolutely filthy on a level I haven’t seen in a US property. Almost every elevator was broken, so they shuttled us to an employee / service elevator that took 15 minutes to finally come. Our floor was 12, the buttons wouldn’t work so we chose 14 and figured we’d walk down a flight. The elevator abruptly seized at 8, made a concerning sound, so we got off and walked the rest of the way. Got in the room that smelled so terribly and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a really long time…or ever..…I looked at my daughter and said, “nope..I’m done” and we walked 12 FLIGHTS of stairs back down and asked for a refund. Which, the guy didn’t seem a bit surprised and didn’t question my decision at all. Got in the elevator to get to our car and there was LEGIT BLOOD ON THE CEILING. I am not a snobby person and I’ve never stayed somewhere I could t handle for one night…but this was a whole new level of gross and scary
