Just okay. Staying close to a place I had to be next morning. Placed in the only room on the second floor balcony next to conference room and gym. Balcony open to below so lot of noise. There was also a table on second floor near my room, so heard their conversation until about 9pm. Again open balcony so 630am started hearing people and Belgium waffle maker beeping constantly. There was a large early morning crowd so woke me up 645am. Breakfast was just okay. Probably would opt to try someplace else next time, but if you need a place to stay it is okay. Just don’t expect a lot and do not take the room off the balcony especially if you are trying to sleep soundly.

This hotel should have been $100 at best but because it was a Saturday they charged $266+ taxes and fees. Too much money but it was either pay or sleep in the car! Area was safe and fine.

Two of the 4 light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, the bathroom sink faucet leaked and only one of the closet doors would open. Also, the complimentary conditioner was used and there was some brown smudges (make-up?) on the mirror. The pool area needs some attention, although the water was the perfect temperature. The woman at the front desk in the morning was very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was convenient to the interstate. Everything was fine here except the lady who checked us in. Very rude. Clearly didn’t want to be there.

Just your average hotel. The staff were all very friendly!

Soft pillows, clean room, on site laundry, lovely morning staff, pool for the kids, jacuzzi, and sauna to relax. Make your own waffle station in morning with an amazing breakfast. Safe and convenient location close to restaurant, shopping and pharmacies.

The complementary breakfast was very good. Real eggs! Yes! Also the ataff was very helpful and friendly.

I reserved a room at the Comfort Inn in Concord NH through the Expedia website having requested a pet-friendly facility plus checking "cats" in the filter options offered. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel DOES NOT ACCEPT CATS!!! Only dogs. So much for Expedia's filters. This left me scrambling, with the help of the Comfort Inn desk clerk, to find a place for my 98 year old mother, my cat, and me to stay for two nights well into the evening hours, following a long and stressful trip. Fortunately, a room was available at the nearby Tru hotel by Hilton, which accepted cats for a fee, of course, as well as a substantially higher room fee than I was prepared to pay with my reservation through Expedia. I doubt I will be using Expedia again after this ridiculous mess. Charles Blauvelt

Have stayed here in the past. The breakfast buffet has been average and serviceable previously. This time it did not meet that mark. My second day I opted to have breakfast elsewhere. Too bad they’re choosing to cut costs

Evening staff was a bit standoffish after being asked a simple question, morning staff was friendly and approachable. Our keys deactivated at a pretty inconvenient time, but was easily fixed. Overall not a bad hotel however, will probably book here again in the future.
