The hotel was nice and clean, and the food at the bar was amazing but very very pricey also was forced to pay 18% gratuity without being told so. At 8:45 in the morning two maids attempted to open my door without knocking. They woke me and my wife up and asked me in Spanish if I was checking out and every hour until I left at 12 noon like check out was told 2 maids kept coming trying to open the door , not knocking and asking me if I was checking out After complaining they did not do anything to accommodate us I will never stay at this hotel again due to the huge amount of privacy issues and disrespect from the work maids

Hotel was good, clean and friendly staff. Just a very busy hotel and long wait to check in. Maybe it was just the time we travelled but unsure. Also had to pay to park next to the hotel. Was unaware until we followed GPS to the hotel.

Check in was difficult as the booking listed my last name as my first name. They did find it after I provided confirmation.

I had a room mix up when I first checked in. It was fixed and the rest of my trip was good. The food was wonderful.

The hotel staff who greeted us at reception were and polite. They provided good customer service. Hotel itself is a bit run down, our shower had either freezing cold or very hot water (I guess depending on what our neighbors are doing). The toilet, you need to hold until water fills up or it doesn’t flush. Also hotel prices are generally marked up but this hotel cafe was beyond overpriced. Those are the reasons for my rating.

Wasn’t pleased with my bedding but over all the manager was very understanding and helpful. Problem was solved within minutes. Overall great place plenty to do . Nice and quiet.

The room was old feeling and all the faucets in the bathroom were leaking like crazy and the toilet kept running to fill up and was bothersome at night while trying to sleep.

And it isn't easy to check in on the weekend and meet the DHL office open to get your item. Another hidden cost is parking. $15 Valet parking or $10 regular parking. When a conference is held at the hotel, expect to be in traffic for a long time.

Horrible communication. No manager on duty … We waited an hour for a van that never showed up . Called three times only to be lied to about the situation until finally said van was not coming to airport! Unacceptable! Do not stay here ! Hotel itself was definitely not a typical double tree . I am so disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel on Sept 20th. I booked a room for that night, intending to use my Hotel.com points. However, before booking, I called the hotel to inquire about parking for a moving truck. I spoke with a front desk representative and explained that I would arrive around 2 am. We discussed the need for a larger parking space and agreed upon a $30 nightly fee. Following the call, I completed my reservation on Hotel.com using my points. To confirm the parking arrangement and late arrival, I called the hotel again to reiterate my prior conversation and ensure the room and parking would be available at 2 am. Unfortunately, upon arrival at 2:35 am, I was informed that because I used Hotel.com points for the room, the $30 nightly parking arrangement wouldn't be honored. Instead, the hotel attempted to charge me $200 for the five hours of parking I would be utilizing. The hotel staff refused to honor the agreement despite explaining the previous conversations with your staff and the confirmed parking reservation at a different rate. Given the late hour and lack of alternative options, I felt pressured to pay the unexpected $200 fee to secure a parking spot for the moving truck and access my room. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience. This might be occurring with other guests, and needs to be investigated Furthermore, I request a reversal of the Hotel.com points used for this reservation and reimburse my parking fees from the hotel

I requested that my points be refunded to me because the business appointment I had to attend was moved to a different Miami location. I stayed at Sheraton , not Hilton, but I wasn’t refunded my points. I know the policy but it would still seem to me that hotels.com could have helped more.

I’m disappointed first with Shuttle service, on top of Shuttle service Uber was ordered by me. Stand lamp in the room didn’t work, shower didn’t work properly, Aircondition wasn’t able to adjust, only option is turn off and on, when adjusting coldness didn’t do anything. Other than those few things it was alright.

We always stay at this hotel when we cruise out of the Miami port. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

Sign in was slow because there was a women’s convention of 500 people signing in. It was one long line. It would have been better if they had a separate line for people who were not part of the convention. Other than that, we had an excellent experience and will definitely stay there again.

This is not a good hotel. The shuttle service from the airport does not run every 30 minutes like promised. The hotel front staff did not initially place in the correct room that I booked. Also, the rooms are too dimly lit, and the floors and decor were not clean.
