Amazing Hotel I can highly recommend it

This hotel might feel more old-fashioned compared to other typical Four Seasons hotels. Although I didn't experience the same flashy as in other Four Seasons hotels, I was able to feel a sense of comfort through the kindness of the staff, the subtle and appropriate blend of comfort in a limited circumstances, and the understated interiors and amenities, which created a cozy atmosphere.

What a gorgeous room and fantastic stay. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Very clean and well presented hotel. 5 stars highly recommended

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at The Four Seasons Sydney, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were awesome, the service every bit as good and the room and view was superb. If you are so inclined, try 'The Grain Bar' , for a fantastic selection of whiskies from around the world. Looking forward to future stays at the property.

The hotel, room, view, staff and restaurant were excellent. This is a high class hotel with only an average pool facility being the only area of moderate concern.

Everything from allowing us to check in early after overseas flight, to true friendliness (even joy) of everyone we interacted with, to going above and beyond when some “neighbors” started partying in the middle of the night (resolved quickly, followed up with us during breakfast next day..,and later sent us a bottle of wine and note apologizing for the disturbance) Location couldn’t be beat - right on edge of the rocks, short walk to botanical gardens, ferries and opera house. Couldn’t have been happier!

Our stay was wonderful! Our check-in representative was great and the view from our room - Spectacular!! James at Mode made our desert and drinks time extra special! He was personable, communicative and funny! Overall - a fantastic stay was had!!

It was my first time staying at a Four Seasons Hotel. So my expectations were high. Check in was nice, with very friendly staff. The room looked nice until I went to the bathroom. The floor seemed not cleaned as there were hairs and a plastic piece on the floor. Shocking. So went back to the reception were the friendly lady helped immediately and gave me a new room. This time all was great, and I really liked the room. It's cool that the room had a separate bathtub and shower. Housekeeping is great and it's always a pleasure to come back into a fresh made room. I liked the Bose Bluetooth speaker, the Nespresso machine and the fresh milk. Often, hotels only have creamer but here they had a small milk pack. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect. Super central and many coffee and dinner options in the area. Overall I am happy with the stay. Without the initial issue with the room it would have been a TOP stay.

Great view, a good enough reason for me to come back to stay in Four Season again in future. However, as a five start hotel, I am disappointed to learn that the toiletries are all made in China. I have to go to super-market to purchase better quality toiletries for my four days trip. Most of the staffs, especially those in the front desk are very polite, gentle and genuinely wanted to help their guests to resolve their problems such that they will have unforgettable experience to stay in Four Seasons Hotel. However, some of the staffs in the concierge are very peculiar. As an example, nowadays, most hotels do not provide shaver to their guest automatically. In that case, the guests are used to call house keeping, or go directly to the concierge to ask for shavers. Most of the hotels do have shaver stored in concierge for the guests, such that when we walk by the concierge after one day of busy meetings, we can get what we want and go directly to bath and shave, instead of waiting for the house keeping to drop by, seating in the room, waiting to open the door. However, not only does the concierge at Four Seasons hotel do not keep any shaver with them for their guest, when I let them know that it is very inconvenient for me to wait for the house keeping to drop by, especially when they cannot commit a time that when the house keeping will drop by, the concierge provide me his solution by telling me that there is a convenient store at the third level of the hotel.
