This hotel surpassed our expectations. Great location. The hotel was very clean, staff very helpful. We were given an upgrade for not apparent reason. Our room was SPECTACULAR. Hotel is located in a great location on Biscayne Bay.

This is a very nice hotel with an inviting lobby with comfortable chairs and sofas. We came off a cruise ship in the morning and we were allowed to check in to our room without any issues. Because we are members of IGH, we were allowed a 2:00 pm late checkout. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but it’s worth every penny. All in all, it was a great stay for us.

We booked this hotel in a rush as we relocated away from Hurricane Milton. I booked the least expensive room available and we got a high floor with a view of the bay- gorgeous! The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed: a large tub and separate shower, an in-room minibar, and a fridge. The Hotel was fully occupied and the staff was terrific

We have stayed in Hotel Intercontinental Budapest and first time in US. We were debating about staying in Ocean Beach and ICH and thankfully we decided to stay here. The room is big, quiet, clean. Superb service! Breakfast is amazing! Pool- super nice! Close to port (walking distance) for Hop on Hop off bus (1st station) and Millionaire’s Row Cruise. Designer District close by Uber. MIA about 20 min by Uber.
We also have late flight and they have let us stay until 6pm (for reasonable charge).

Initially my room had wet carpets and was not suitable. The front desk promptly moved me to a new room and delivered the key to me so I didn’t have to go back to reception. The new room was perfect and exactly what I hoped for. Very convenient to Port Miami. Breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic experience really enjoyed the in-hotel restaurant and breakfast options purchased with the room. Overall very nice room and great service and access to Port of Miami for next day cruise. Highly recommend booking here.

The staff was friendly and very helpful whenever assistance was needed. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect as it allowed us to walk and enjoy the nearby restaurants. My favorite part was the beautiful scenery. I will most certainly stay at the Inter Continental on my next trip to the Miami area.

I was able to check in early after disembarking from my cruise. It was a relief.
My complaints:
Our room was so cold. The air was not adjustable at all. Also, the bath and shower water temperature was lukewarm at best. The cold room and lukewarm water made our stay uncomfortable I’m sorry to say.
Also, there was trouble with my room service order. The poor waiter tried to rectify it but (the cook temp of the burger was incorrect) I didn’t have the heart to send it back again because they forgot the bacon. Sigh.
Better luck next time.

Everything was perfect, but, they do stop serving alcohol at midnight and that includes sending a bottle of champagne up to your room. Very disappointing considering youre in Miami.
