Grand location 1 bottle of water in the room for 2 people. . No bath gel in the shower. Empty. Breakfast in unmarked room. Hard to find.

The hotel was ok, but did not met expectations. It is clearly older and need of updating. But we followed this stay with a much cheaper hotel and it was so much better. It’s seems the Westin is old school and thinks the price is justified because it is a big hotel with amenities. Overall, it was ok, but was kind of a left down. - showers were tub based and old - wall cracks - not dog friendly, thought it is supposed to be. Walking the dog was far away down an unlit path. Very strange. The staff was nice (except one person at check in who seemed to think the conversation with another employee was more important). housekeeping was very nice.

Excellent location!! Right on waterfront near some pretty good restaurants within walking distance. The customer service was great didn’t have to wait too long to check in and they were very accommodating with My mother’s wheelchair/scooter needs. Since we were obviously traveling out of state, we had a scooter delivered for my mother and as we checked it the staff brought it around to us. There is a $25 resort fee. You have to pay each day that you were there. The hotel does it give it back to you in credit to use for breakfast or other restaurants on the premises. This would be ideal if we could use it for the marketplace to buy drinks like water. We did use it for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. Great options for all dietary needs however they do charge an 18% service charge so it’s just a way for us has been more money at this hotel. That’s really the only thing that I really don’t appreciate which is why I can’t give a full five stars but my favorite part of above house was the beds.

Husband stayed for a one-night business trip. Room was clean, and view was good. Only downer was that the carpet in the room appeared worn. Shenaaz was great for her customer service! She was able to get my husband in early. Great Job!

My decision to stay here was the proximity to the arena. It's less than .4 miles away. Everything was clean and quiet. There is a worker who needs recognition, Ricky. Went above and beyond for us at the pool.

My cousin and I stayed here for four nights for a conference. Everyone from the lady at checkin, to the bar/wait staff at the restaurant to the valet guys to the cleaning ladies were so nice. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Our room was very clean, the bedding, mattress and pillows were all comfortable. The water pressure was exceptional and the water got hot quickly. Everything was fantastic. I’d stay here again if in Tampa again. Thank you Westin Tampa Waterside!

Check in time was 4pm and they had no rooms available for us to check in. Parking was supposed to be $45 dollars a day but when we arrived we were informed they just increased it to $50. Lobby is underwhelming. I also felt that the hotel was under staffed.

We stayed during a special event and we had such a great time. All of the staff was great. I was working a lot for the event but my wife and kids got to really enjoy the accommodations and I was very happy with the time I spent with them in our room and at the pool. The location is practically unbeatable.

Nothing wrong with the room... Bar was double the prices for drinks than another place with a comparable menu. The real reason im pretty disappointed in this place is the hidden fees and expenses that are not disclosed to you. When you book on hotel.com and you click to pay all fees and taxes... you get told after purchasing that you are gonna get charged a "destination fee" of $25/day for what? who knows... then to make it even better you can only valet at the hotel for the cheap price of $45/day with no other option!!!!

This hotel is very old and not clean hotel, inconvenient for the transportation if you don’t have a car when you travel. Their workers has discriminated if you are different skin color. Their customer service is very bad! If you choose this hotel please look at check out bill, very be careful they will charge you more money!

Escalator out of service, half of the elevators out of services, broken stuff here and there. This place needs a good facelift. Also 45 dollars a night for parking is steep

Enjoyed my stay, the breakfast wasn’t that great, also refrigerator wasn’t working. I never reported untill I checked out . So to be far I didn’t give them the opportunity to change it out. Everyone who works at hotel were wonderful , the location was amazing and safe. I loved haveing so many restaurants next to resort. I will agian stay at the Weston Tampa if I ever need to go to Tampa.
