I ordered a wake-up call. It never happened. Good thing I had an alarm on my phone.
I went to the wrong Hampton Inn, Newark Airport. Be sure to make sure which one you have reserved.

Very close to the airport with 24hr shuttle service. Comfortable room, beds. The only downside is no restaurant onsite. We ordered dinner & had it delivered. Very expensive & poor quality.

Not happy about the 55 minute wait for the shuttle at the Newark Airport. Called the front desk twice, but she did not offer any help. I was steamed!

Flight cancelled, this was a last minute stay. The front staff was amazing. Nothing around the hotel is a let down, however very convenient to the airport.

I had a lot of difficulties connecting to the internet, which made it difficult to use the laundry facilities. Also, we went to the wrong Hampton Inn in the middle of the night, which was extremely frustrating. The shuttle driver should be trained to check with every passenger to make sure they are going to the right hotel, since there are 2 Hampton Inns at Newark airport. Throughout all my troubles, all staff members were extremely helpful, from the font desk to tech support. Hilton needs to work on making internet access easier. This is not the first time I have had trouble signing on.

Stayed here overnight before flying from Newark Liberty International airport. Close to airport - shuttle ran regularly and on time (5-10 mins). Really good value - free hot drinks in lobby and a selection of snacks can be purchased any time - helpful for a late arrival. Room very comfortable and spacious.

Spent a nite here prior to our morning flight home. Everything was excellent! Kudos to the hotel shuttle bus driver who quickly detoured to an alternate route to the airport when the usual route was blocked.

Usually hotels near the airport are loud due to planes flying overhead. Not this one! The room was very quiet and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, I felt safe at this hotel as a female traveler.

Shuttle had torn upholstery. Very old and worn. My slack actually caught on one of the tears. Hotel was friendly and staff was great

It’s quiet. Bed is comfortable enough.

One of the front desk women was less than friendly. Aya the young man working was great. The beer bottles were not recyclable which I found to be unusual.
