Great location and lovely service - even a bit overstretched at times, eg at check in and at breakfast but always doing their best.
The hotel is very dated and feels a bit like a time capsule from the 80s or 90s.
you always have to wait for the lift for quite a long time.
Location is great, breakfast too. Products in bathroom too. Everything else needs a refresh.

This is very nice place when visiting to HKG which connected two other hotels in the basement and MRT to Kowloon peninsula.

Very disappoint about the transportation management service at the 5 star hotel. Conrad does not give support service to the nearby MTR airport express (Hong Kong Station for in town check in).
Porter service is average, not flexible/motivate to meet basic transportation need of customer that a 4 stars hotel would offer.
