Room was nice but there were questionable stains on the sheets and some hair as well. The arm of the chair also has some nasty stains on it. Overall it was nice but the stains and hair made me feel like it wasnt clean. I paid hotels.com for 2.room.amd then was chaired an extra 51 for each room.

Overall it's a nice hotel. Rooms are big, shower is very nice. Everything felt very clean. The check-in though is bad - long lines but only 2 clerks. Expect long wait for the elevator during rush times.

The room was basically ok, nothing special. The fan in the HVAC system ran all the time, so it was a bit noisy. We Had some issues with the temperature that they addressed the first day, but we shouldn't have had to complain to get there. The whole building smells a bit smoky, since people smoke a lot in the casino, even though it's supposedly a smoke-free building. Ha! Overall the place is feeling kind of worn and a bit tattered. I'm told they're renovating parts, but not the tower where we stayed. I got text messages from the hotel nearly every day about either elevator issues or emergency water shutoffs. The notices could be helpful, but that seems like a lot of problems for one week. All told, it was an ok place to stay, but nothing special.

we booked a room and the bathroom smelled a little musty. I had no problem getting them to get me another room and I loved the view even better in this one. They were quick to give me another room without any problems.

After i had the check-in. I was informed that the room that I had. It was an older room, and they would request an additional twenty dollars to get the newer room. I upgraded to the new room which seem to be best room.Nothing special. The room was very cold. I requested that someone come up. And show me how to adjust the thermostat, they didn't get there until 2 o'clock. The next morning, I attempted to check out of the hotel and was informed that if I checked out, I would still have to pay the full amount of the 4 days instead of the 1 day. It went downhill from there and I was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had while visiting Las Vegas. I will never stay at the west gate hotel again. They charged me a additional $50 a day fee on top of the $20 upgrade. Horrible experience

Cleanliness is okay, but a little disappointed with their service. We were provided with just 1 small bottle each of shampoo, conditioner and a lotion. There were 3 of us who stayed. We only stayed their because of the concert of Barry Manillow.

BARRY MANILOW CONCERT! My friend and i stayed at the Westgate bc of our concert that night. Easy parking, friendly staff, no complaints. Room was on 21st floor with beautiful view of the city, including the Westgate Marquis and The Sphere! Take the monorail for easy transportation around Vegas.

Let me start by saying the customer service was amazing they tried to accommodate a view request as best as they could and when I asked for a refund due to the cleanliness they refunded me and made it very easy. The room was not clean the footbed and food crumbs on it, and the desk where we went to eat was sticky and so was the dresser. In the sink there was mold, I went to rinse it and it smelled terrible and it wouldn’t drain. Front desk was very helpful and polite and refunded me without hesitation I appreciated the customer service
