Customer service workers was disrespectful. There was people in the hallways who wasn't even guest was doing drugs in the stairwell. The sheets on the bed was dirty and the pillow cases had blood stains on them. There was no tissue in the bathroom.and there was roaches on the walls as well as in the tub.I was only there for 5 minutes. Didn't even take my coat off. Im 46 years old, and that's the worst hotel I've ever ever ever been in. Everyone, please stay away.....

We didn’t stay here because there was no hot water available that day. We arrived late at night to check in, only to be informed that hot water was not available. As a result, we had to search for another hotel on a cold night with children. It was a very unpleasant experience. We expected Hotels.com to notify us in advance so we could have made alternative arrangements. This was a very disappointing experience with Hotels.com’s service.

It was so sketchy, from the pictures it looked like an average hotel but then you walk in and it’s like a duplex, absolutely no elevators work (having to go up a four flights of stairs with a big full suitcase), the room door was already slightly open, there was very sketchy people hanging out in the stair wells you HAD to use

We were unable to check in as there was no one anywhere to be found, other than a person eating food out of the trash can out front. We had called 3 times on the way to the hotel but no one answered the phone either. We had to scramble, after midnight to find another hotel.

Appeared as if room had not been cleaned there where socks in the room from previous guest sheets didnt looked to have been changed. Pillows where horrible didnt look new so we didnt use them all around not well taken care of hotel

Was traveling to VA for a wedding from PA, 6hr drive. Arrived at hotel to learn there was no room for me. Front desk acted confused until I showed him the email conf then he informed me they were overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. 2 hours before event I had no ROOM or nothing. Thanks for NOTHING

So I left my charger box at home and my phone went dead. I went down to the office to see if I can use their charger, and they claim, they didn't have a phone who doesn't have a cell phone. They was rude and didn't help me at all

When she came back she said it would be even longer unless I took a room on fourth floor, no elevator. I can’t climb stairs with luggage so I asked for cart. No cart, no help. After 30 minutes I got ground floor room. Clerk was nonchalant and accent so thick I could not understand her BED in romm 155 horrible. Old lumpy

All the room smelled bad and was not clean. Unpleasant front desk staff. Rooms are grubby and rundown. Had to retrieve the remote for the TV from the front desk myself because I guess they keep them away from guests so they don’t get stolen.

The property was a complete disaster. The only floor that was available was the first floor and I’m guessing it was because the top two floors were unlivable. The room was dirty and the bathroom sink was broken and the tub would not stop running water. My wife and I could not even stay at the property and we cut our trip short and drove home.

This hotel did not have no running water. The elevator didn’t work and I never checked in. It was terrible got caught in thunder and lightning out there. Trying to find another location just terrible.
