Room was dated but okay.

Great service and everything was maintained in perfect order. Included breakfast was perfect and as complete as one can ask for. Shampoo/conditioner dispenser was stored in environmental friendly manner. AC heating was quiet and perfect for sleep, just need to correct/calibrate the temperature reading a bit (a very minor issue considering years of service history). The nearby Petrified forest national park was a great educational and refreshing experience, so this hotel would be much more appreciated and essential

Room was clean but it is an older property. The door didn't seem to close properly without the deadbolt being engaged. The heater was an older wall unit that was a little noisey when turning on and then wheezed when shutting off.
All hallways are outdoors like a motel setting.

We needed a room last minute on a road trip and Quality Inn was the better option price wise. The clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the water was hot and the heater worked. When we discovered the fridge wasn't cold, the desk clerk came and checked and figured it out. Wonderful experience!

Extremely disappointed. The bed is like a rock. I got only 2 painful hours of sleep. It was 100 degrees and the a/c was off in the top floor room and took a long time to cool down. The refrigerator didn’t work so I
couldn't cool water for the next day. I stayed because the a/c went out on my truck & no part was available for it. I had driven in the heat for hours & needed a cool room, cold water & rest as I was very drained. After hurting & not sleeping, I returned to my truck after dark & slept comfortably there. This was a huge waste of my money & such a disappointment after what I had been through & still had to go through the next day. The Days Inn across the street was excellent on my trip towards Phoenix last week.

The room was filthy, & if we hadnt been so tired wed have left. Plus the shower sucked, it had great pressure but water only came out of 3 little holes so it was like being stabed and the mini fridge was broken.

The room was very clean and quiet. Lots of clean, fluffy towels. A/C worked great. We stayed in a queen room on the second floor. Lots of space, not feeling cramped at all with two people.
Price was comparable to similar options in the area. This stretch of hotels is further from in-town amenities, but just an 8-minute drive will take you to a lovely Safeway in downtown Holbrook.
Overall we found Holbrook really charming and want to use it as a launch pad for exploring this corner of AZ in future trips. Lots of neato rock shops and dinosaur curio here.
I would definitely stay here again.
