Nice clean place. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Closest MTR exit is A2 about 7 mins walk with escalators. For lift use B2 but on the opposite side hence longer walking. The place seems renovated but pictures from the website needs to be updated as the entrance of the building doesn’t look the same as advertised. City view is just to another buildings not skyline etc.

Im not happy to find out that I was charged $5 per local phone call
It was rather unusual as my previous experience with many HK and international hotel there was no charge for local calls
I was told the information was in the small I print in the card next to the phone

The rooms are great. The only problem is the bathroom。It has the sewer smells. We complained but the problem was not resolved.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. In lieu of bottled water, they provide a water fountain on every floor which I liked. Got a room with great view on request. The only negative was a smelly shower curtain.

Location is very central. Fulfilling our needs of two rooms by each other, thank you, great service. We have the King Premiere room and it was roomy. Doesn’t have a workout gym. Lobby was small, looking kind of outdated. The room was very nice, look new.
