Very helpful concierge and door man who went out of their way to help us with directions to our destination . And he actially went out of his way to provide us wirh two cans of drinking water as it was a sunny day!
The person who came up with the idea of dessert after dark at the lobby lounge deserves a pat on the back. The coconut with milk was superb and with a live duet playing in the background, it was a fantastic way to wind down for the day after a full day of exploring and shopping.

Very nice hotel a in an excellent location. Views of Hong Kong harbor great. Shopping and restaurants all around location. Gave us up grade and suite. Hotel buffet was extensive and provided several types of regional foods.

I have known this hotel and stayed here a few times before during some of my trips to Hong Kong between 2006 and 2016. Since my first stay here, I’ve grown to love this hotel over the course my teenage development years whenever I came to Hong Kong.
The King Room I had felt very homely and the bedding was comfortable. Waking up to the views of Victoria Harbor and Hong Kong Island every morning was indeed a real treat, as was having breakfast and canapés in the Horizon Club Lounge while enjoying the view. I especially enjoyed my dinner at Shang Palace during one of my nights here.
It was also a privilege to check in at the Horizon Club Lounge as I had booked a Horizon Club Harbor View King Room, with the Horizon Club staff being extremely hospitable to my tastes and preferences. East Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations were also right next door, which was a great advantage for me for my MTR travels in Hong Kong.
Though I had not gone to Hong Kong for over eight years due to my overseas studies Down Under in Australia and the political tensions and riots between 2019 and 2020, the hotel maintained most of its charms exactly the way I remember them.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel, and I can safely say that I made the right choice to stay here. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Kowloon Shangri-La! You really are my most favorite hotel in Hong Kong! I will definitely come back again on future trips to Hong Kong whenever possible!

Excellent hotel in close proximity of the avenue of stars. Very nice staff, spotless rooms and excellent location. I would not get the harbour view, as it was barely visible from my room

Longest check-in I’ve ever experienced.
When we got a room it smelled cigarettes and smoke so badly - asked to change but they only provided a odour-absorbing spray which didn’t work at all.
Breakfast was superb tho.
