Staff was very kind. Hotel seems like it is older and just had renovations maybe a few years back. New beds are needed. They are sinking in. Safe and good location. Near food and mall.

Orlando the customer service representative set the tone for my stay upon check-in. He was professional, courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Check-in was quick, he gave me information about the room as well as dining and the bar.
The room was exceptionally cleaned, with an awesome view. I went downstairs for dinner and Tasha was our amazing cook, the wings were cooked to perfection, we also ordered pizza and a burger. The food was amazing. Brittny topped off the evening with her amazing baked peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. They were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place.

Very easy check in experience with very friendly staff. Hotel was nice and current. Roomy shower with the best water pressure I have ever experienced! Nice options for breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just a lovely, comfortable hotel. Across from Town Center proper but right next to my favorite Chinese restaurant. The little living area in the room made it so nice.

DId not realize you needed the room key to access the elevator. just popped down to Get a drink at the bar and forgot my room key. Just a little inconvenient

From the bed, the pillows, the comfy couch, and the view of Town Center. Top Notch all around. I base my hotel stay on how good the shower and water pressure is. And let me tell you, you won’t find a better shower experience than this place. I was taking 3 showers a day because it was that good.
Great breakfast as well. Staff was awesome and for what it’s worth, my dog enjoyed the stay too. Something about that giant king bed that he just couldn’t get enough of it

I wish more mid range hotels could be like this; a professionally run establishment with proper reception staff who treated us like paying guests not an inconvenience to their day. Our room was spacious, breakfast was excellent (and no plastic cutlery and disposable plates etc) and the location was great.

We had a very nice stay. The staff were very polite and courteous. Our room was very nice. The only thing is there was a little bit of pet hair in the carpet. Thankfully we don’t have allergies.

Our stay was great. We will definitely come back. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly and two days straight we had the pool to ourselves.

Love this hotel we are big fans of this hotel we come every september Only thing wrong with this hotel is they need new beds We get a king size bed and they give us a queen-sized bed.And it's not comfortable upgrade your beds Please respond back if you all are going to upgrade the base in the future. I will see ya all in September next year. God bless me and my wife.

I loved the hotel, the staff, the cleanliness and just about everything. The only thing i didn’t like was the size of the swimming pool. The pool was small compared to the size of the hotel. I know nothing can be done but i thought it should be mentioned. I loved the hotel and everything about my stay from the breakfast to the staff.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only issue that I had a problem with was the room located on the 4th floor did not prevent noise from the street from being heard clearly. The street was busy, but other than that, I would clearly stay at the Hyatt again.
