We enjoyed our stay.

Terrible we paid in advance for an upgraded Stay Well room and they downgraded us in a room where we listened to planes take off until midnight and then again at 5:30am When I complained they said they overbooked “Why would you do that to your paying customers”!!!! I will never stay there again!

Amazingly huge property, but a little confusing until you figure everything out. Theres multiple entrances for the different towers which I wasn’t aware of when booking. Overall excellent experience and facilities!!!!

Room smells like old cigarettes. Just terrible

Check in was easy. Excellent customer service. Room was so so. Very few amenities, I.e. bathroom toiletries, few towels, no coffee in the room. No hot water in shower one day even after running it for 10 + minutes. Not very eco friendly.

We’ve stayed here regularly for about 8 years and always feel welcome by all the staff. Casino, Bars, Pools and shopping areas are clean and safe. Shark Reef Aquarium and food court is clean and has choices for kids & adults. Even the parking garage is clean, well lit with multiple elevators and escalators too. Housekeeping ensures the rooms are super clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds.

My stay was ok. The cleanliness/condition of the hotel was good, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The view from the window was nice in the evening with the city in the background light up. But there were some cons. I had a 4 day stay, and I understand that the hotel has its own amenities and good / beverage establishments. I wasted a lot of money on food, because if I had leftovers there was no place to store anything, or warm up said leftovers. I was glad I had the foresight to bring my cooler for beverages. I needed I wine opener and was told I had to purchase said opener. I think some small comfort items should be available for use, instead of being charged exorbitant amounts to rent said item, or being charged to place some items in the minibar fridge. Overall, my stay was okay, I know that you are a luxury property, but some creature comforts would be appreciated. Even luxury guest like/appreciate creature comforts.
