This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will gladly come a third time next time I am in Illinois! The staff is very friendly and polite, do an amazing job informing us of all the hotel services, and have a speedy check in/out process! The rooms are always huge and well cleaned :)

Well originally I was put on the 3rd and soon as the elevator open in was a strange smell, upon getting in my room it was also a smell. Later when I set down on the couch it stinked bad and at the point I went down stairs to bring this to staff attention and was switched to a room on ,6th floor that was much better but at this point I was very uncomfortable there but it was late and I was tired

Dirty carpet through out hall and in room stain sofa fist room was so vad had to ask for another room.the second was ok again diety nasty carpet will not stay there again nhi or will i recommend it.it was my and i 30th anniversary!!! And what an embarrassment

This hotel is a very good place to stay in while on vacation. The staff was very polite, the rooms were clean and fresh, the breakfast was hot and good with a variety of options to choose from. I will stay there again. 👍👍👍👍

The staff were amazing at this hotel. The breakfast was great and they were always keeping things stocked and fresh. The rooms were perfect for our group of 6. The pool area (cement surrounding it) needs to be cleaned. The pool itself was cloudy and likely had too much chemicals. Overall a great stay.

I like the size of the room and that there is a sink by the fridge area. I also liked that there was a couch in the room… very spacious setup… What I did not like was that the hotel was not clean. We had to get our sheets switched out because there was blood on them. The room was clearly dirty in the crevices. It looked as if they did a quick clean instead of a deep clean. It was quite disappointing given the price we payed for a weekend stay at a Branded hotel such as the Hyatt. We will not stay here again. The staff were rude when we were purchasing a drink and snatched the card out of my friend’s hands. He acted as if she was a bother. All in all I would not recommend staying here. The best thing about this hotel was the location of it.

Mohamed at the front desk was exceptional and tremendously helpful. He is a great person. The hotel was great. The breakfast was good and the place was efficiently organized and very nice. Highly recommended!

Overall everything is excellent and staff is phenomenal, they do everything possible in their capacity to help you out as much as they can, staff is very kind and is the highlight of this hotel. The only thing which I noticed that hotel needs updating and renovations.

Up all night from kids running in the halls, dogs barking, room filthy, black mold in the bathroom, elevators broken, people waiting forever for a elevator, breakfast room out of food, food spilled everywhere, water on the floor everywhere on main floor. A mess, no rest and an awful, just awful place.
