Enjoyed the stay with lovely staff and relaxing surroundings. The staff is super friendly and made our stay delightful. The only reason we cannot give a full score review is that our room was very humid, and had a funny smell to it. On our last day we found mold on our belongings, and all of our things, clothes, suitcases and bags will have to be cleaned thoroughly after our stay. I recommend staying there, but make sure that the room is not in the poor state we had.

Sun Prime Kamala Beach hotel is extremely spread out, and one has to walk 10-15 mins from the hotel lobby to the beach. The Staff here are wonderful, all very friendly and most go out of their way to help you. Jinny on the front desk was fabulous. I had an issue with my room and she sorted it straight away. I would have liked to have heard more relaxing music by the pool though. Pool and Dinner menu was very average. Served to you in cardboard boxes. Should be more Thai choices.

This resort was so depressing! Nothing like the picture, Buildings were old, not much facilities, only one resturant & bar..wish I booked somewhere else

We have stayed at Sunprime Resort many times. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and professional. It is very well located. The resort is always clean and we can't fault anything.

Best beachfront resort in Kamala Beach and adults only. Well maintained, clean, tidy with comfortable rooms and very well priced! The staff and the service is 5 star quality, along with being welcoming and friendly. My second stay here, room #4101, for 16 nights, June 2024. I love it here. It’s peaceful and relaxing and I’ll keep coming back!

The hotel, the pools, restaurant and other facilities were all great. Unfortunately the beach is very dirty. Although the girl cleaned the beach every morning, there was an abundance of trash all over the beach.

The property is very well maintained, there are 4 big pools, several restaurants, and it's on the beach. The staff were amazing!!!

I had a seven night stay arriving a day before my husband Checkin easy and was shown to our room to discover shower over the bath which was not suitable with knee inquiry so asked to change room No problem at all Spent one night by myself and as room had floor above could hear guests walking and furniture being moved during night Asked to change room again to floor above and no problem at all So now in top floor and just great Notice telly was not new so could not get Netflix etc on so asked if anything could be done and sure enough they changed with brand new tv Amazing the hotel did not make me feel I was being annoying just wanted me to be comfortable I highly recommend this place

This property is amazing! Perfect getaway and relaxation. It was so beautiful right throughout this property. We loved the restaurant by the sea and loved the pool facilities. Days well spent relaxing by the pool in beautiful grounds made us feel like we were on holiday. The staff are incredible and are so lovely and welcoming. We will be back and can’t wait to stay there on our next trip to Thailand! Highly recommend!
