Room was very big, was pretty pricy especially for booking really late at night. Beds are very comfortable. Kids were disappointed that the pool was down, it’s half the reason we picked that specific hotel.

Clean friendly love that they allowed pets

Rob at the front desk is fantastic and seems to go the extra mile. I have visited on more than one occasion and he taken extra care of both me and my father when it comes to the extra little things that matter.

- not enough counter space in the bathroom - no room darkening shade at the window? - breakfast: so nice to have it included! Needs more attention however. Oatmeal had no ladle for serving and eggs never were replenished. Bananas were too green to eat

I was returning from NYC, realized I was too tired to make it to Boston, and pulled into the hotel with a reservation I made on Expedia. It was almost midnight. The manager greeted me, offered me water and snacks after I explained my reason for stopping, and gave me a very nice, quiet room. He was incredibly welcoming and sympathetic. Had a great breakfast the next day and was on my way. Wonderful staff!!!!!

Pool and hot tub were closed for renovations!!! Only reason I chose that one. However we moved on to Wellsworth next town over beautiful place

Price was a little higher than some of the neighboring hotels, but we chose to go with it because of the pool and hot tub. Upon arrival there were signs at the front desk that the pool and hot tub are closed for renovation (yet no mention of this anywhere online) Our checkout was at noon which was great, but we were continuously harassed every 30 minutes from 9 am on by housekeeping as they wanted us out of the room so they could clean.. even after we told them checkout isn’t until noon they kept doing it anyways over and over Other than that, the room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable

On the day we arrived were met witha sign that the pool was not available. As grandparents traveling with 2 young grandsons. That is unacceptable!! Why was a notice not sent?? You can send out a survey but not pertinent infirmation!!!

Had a bug in my bed, was woken up at 2:30 am to an ear piercing false fire alarm and had to stand outside for about 20 mins, got no sleep

Unfortunately there was a breakthrough under the sink where, either mice or rats chewed through. Was moved to room next store..same thing. Moral of this is where their is mouse.. there's a whole lot more.. unfortunately I couldn't change hotels due to health issues

The places is great clean and staff very friendly. But when I made reservations with Hotels.com I pick a hotel with a pool but they never updated there information because the pool is under construction. It was a 4 hour drive to find out there was no pool open. I will like to know who will pay me what I pay to go to other places where there was a pool
