Beautiful property in fantastic location. Staff went above to help us and my elderly father with our needs...And the rooftop dining is beautiful for breakfast and afternoon cocktails!

we were placed in the annex out side the main hotel and a block a way.. I might as well just book an air b n b...small tiny apt. . Can't enjoy the bar or roof top terrace.. .Paid to be be at a hotel ..not a. Apt down the street. ..

It’s right next to the Spanish steps. The rooms were especially clean and comfortable great decor. We had connecting rooms with our kids and it was incredibly secure and convenient. The rooftop lounge area had a great view and was open air. The hotel itself is a little hard to spot from the street if you don’t know it’s there. It’s close to all the shopping and a bunch of gelato places. 10 to 15 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and a 15 minute walk to the Pantheon.

The staff was not attentive. They appeared stressed and preoccupied with their personal issues. They were not welcoming and friendly little eye contact. The room was at best average clean. There were no wash cloths.
Overall the entire experience and quality went down compared to my stay there last year. The cooking and food preparation staff however was very good, friendly and accommodating.

They put us in an annex building which was 4 blocks away or had scaffolding and work being done. Never will stay in annex ever again. Checking out we just wanted coffee a we gave our room number. Receptionist said breakfast was included however half way through eating waiter says it was a mistake and we have to pay 40 euros.

Really enjoyed our stay and loved the central location, so close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was very clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
