Overall ok, location is a bit odd, but they are trying to maintain it. But VERY unprofessional rude staff - there was a mistake on their part; instead of trying to resolve it on their own and respect my privacy - it was blamed on me, 4 times knocked on the door, had me coming up to the office, waisted over an hour of my time when I actually was resting - and when they found out it was THEIR fault - no apologies, no "sorry" - nothing. Do not recommend

It was nice and clean. Our toilet seat wasn’t screwed all the way in, so it was shaky and rocky whenever we sat on it. We also didn’t care for the “continental” breakfast for the 3 days we stayed. It was just beverages, dry cereal, apples, and honey buns. As much as we travel, we’ve experienced way better selections and options for a continental breakfast. We felt some muffins, bagels, and bananas would’ve been great to add.

for $98.00, i don’t expect the ritz, but the listings says pet friendly. after paying for the nonrefundable room, i discovered the very convenient preregistration has a section that says pets are not allowed if you bring a pet into the room you will be charged a 250$ fee. i called the facility and was told the king room doesn’t allow pets but they would switch us to a double bed, which turned out to be at the end of the building. The room looked newly decorated and was fresh and clean, unfortunately the toilet and shower room had some issues, a hole in the wall six inches long an 3 inches wide, near the floor between the tub and toilet, also the ventilation fan was missing it’s cover, for a little spice the garbage can appeared to have the wrapper of the toilet roll replacement in it, meaning to me it hadn’t been emptied and i wasn’t going through the contents for this review. the 6.8/10 seems harsh but the bathroom wouldn’t be appropriate for families with children probably out right dangerous.

I loved my room, and the bible I got there. The staff was nice and patient. I did not like the breakfast at all, and I don't think they will change it coz people have been mentioning it. Apple, honeybun, cereal, juice and coffee. That's it. I was so disappointed.

The rooms had a definite musty/old cigarette smell. The beds were comfy and the AC worked which was good considering it was a heat wave. The shower is not build for tall people and there is no coffee maker. Overall ok, but not great.

There was dirt etc on the floor, cigarette burns on all the blankets, something sticky on the table, and “body prints” is the best description on the headboard of the bed. They put a charge on my credit card after I had already paid for the room. I thought it was a deposit and then when I asked about it insisted they didn’t do it. Over and over. I showed the lady my account showing the charge and was told oh the girl last night didn’t know what she was doing.. Thats NOT OK. first, she could have told me she accidentally charged me and I likely wouldn’t have been that upset about it. But LYING to me and then telling me the person who did it had no clue what they were doing and just pretending it didn’t happen is ridiculous!

the door would not open - needed staff help; the wiring did not allow the use of laptop and microwave the same time; would not accept my Wyndham number to be inserted the record (they save money this way) - did not like that I used Expedia; almost no food for breakfast; no drawers; no place to hand close; cleanup crew do not follow the don not disturb sign on the door. Power Went out twice (not their fault) VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Manager was really helpful when I wanted recommendations on nearby touristy spots! Only concern was there seemed to be some individuals near the parking lot/rooms, who seemed to not be staying the night at the hotel. Made me a little worried about safety as I had a parked a minivan full of stuff!
