The facility is just old and run down. It could use some serious renovations.

Liked the property HATED the food and the prices were extortionate

Items were stolen from our room. Hotel gave us the explanation that cleaners takes photos of valuable belongings in the room and since they did not have photos claimed out items was never there. Pool patio very dirty cleaners. Every morning there was thrash left in hallways and around pool.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. We were 3 people, got put into a couchbed that was 170cm long. The toilet was broken and the room was disgusting. We upgraded to a larger room. However, it was just a larger mess. The toilet in the new room was also broken, no water and the beds were more resembling wooden planks than a bed. How they can advertise this as a 5 star hotel is beyond me. The staff were extremely incompetent and rude. I have stayed at hostels with better service. The food was also the worst food we had in our 2 week vacation. For example, when the yoghurt had run out in the breakfast. I told the staff, only to be yelled at that it wasn’t their job to fix it. The rooms haven’t been renovated since the 90s. Whatever you do, do NOT stay here.

The staff are amazing. The property needs a little updating . The food was good. Apartment was a good size. Would stay again

It was amazing but the issue was with air conditioning noise and one room was not cooling they fixed net day It’s recommended for big families

A little in the outskirts

We showed up at the resort about 5:00 PM, (normal check in time is 2:00 PM). We had to wait for about 1 hour, as our rooms was not ready yet. They were nice to give us a complimentary drink as we waited. Other than that, our stay was fine....

This property is back off the main road before you reach the township of Kamala, it is sign posted but it is easy to miss (if heading to Patong and you get to the Phuket Fantasea area you have gone too far) Very well appointed and well maintained this hotel is a great base if you dont want the noise and hustle of Patong. The room was fine with a large living area, a small well appointed kitchenette area and two comfortable bedrooms. Bathroom was a little small but was usable. The pool area was great as was the main restaurant area. Overall a good stay.

The breakfast buffet was offering average food. No variation. Every day the same. Drinks horrible.

There are no elevators, my niece had a leg plaster, she was assigned third floor. This hotel is not handicapped friendly and the desk staff is rude.

The room is big and spacious. Very close to the swimming pool. However, there is lack of kitchen utensils and toiletries.

Dislikes - no hot water, need to cross very busy road to get to beach, price of food and drinks very expensive. Likes - room configuration for families, gym, pool.

The room was spaceous, light and tidy and the balcony was nice. However, water pressure was really bad. First night there was no water coming from the shower and the tap water worked only sporadically. Also, I asked for more water through room service and never got it, neither did the roomservice have any snacks. Only proper food. The location was near the beach but far from 7-11 and other stores.

Nice hotel, 3min walk to the beach. Super breakfast and easy checkin/out! Roomcleaning wasnt done until 17:00 (only bad thing).

The hotel is ok for family with kid, the interior is dated, at times the music in the pool is too loud, should have more than one swimming pool, one for the kiddies and one for adult, the room bar prices is outrages.

Room was swept but visible dirt left on floors. Complained that shower did not drain and flooded bath when used - not fixed.

Staff is very dedicated and efficient. Swiss Hotel in Phuket is ideal for families. The proximity from the Kamala beach is very appreciated.

It’s not a 5 star hotel , probably a3 star at best. Rooms shabby but the location is terrible. I was looking at a building site and the opposite view was a shanty town.. truly awful. We booked a 3 bed suite at 3k for 5 nights. When we arrived we didn’t even unpack- we demanded to be relocated to a sister hotel. We were moved but they charged us £500 for the night ( we didn’t stay there that night). The relocated hotel was much better. The hotel is not as described and the one day cancellation charge left a sour taste.
