Good location, close to baker street station. Located on a quiet street, close to shops, restaurants and snacks. Clean rooms, very accommodating personnel, service minded. Will keep this hotel in mind for our next visit to London.

Room was ok for a single. TV tea maker etc usual services. However, the bathroom wasn’t designed very well, probably due to available space. The sink was almost over the toilet pedestal. Had to squeeze Under with knee behind sink waste pipe. If I was bigger it would have been an issue. If your a big person beware.

Fantastic location in Marylebone and 2 blocks from the high street. One of my favourite places to stay as the location is fantastic!

Neither of these problems could be looked at by maintenance staff because 'it was the weekend'. On our third (and final) day we were offered a change of room. It was too late by then. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant. It does not; it has a small room used to serve breakfast. The location is fantastic.

This was a really lovely hotel. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, clean surroundings and the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Highly recommended!
