Our 5 nights stay in Le meridian was not so good. The room was old and hot. The air conditioning unit didn’t cool not heat. Although it was cold outside, our room was stifling hot and when complained, nothing was done. Will not be staying here again.

The staff are what make the Meridien Wien such a pleasant hotel. Smiling, happy to assist and pleasant at all times. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet (I had an inner courtyard room) and it is located closr to many of the attractions and transport options. Id happily stayvagain.

The city view was a little noisy and I had windows open due to room being too warm. Otherwise it was a great room, very comfortable and really enjoyed the tub and shower.

Perfect location—side street off the busier main street. Great for walking to museums, cafes, and everything else in city center. The hotel was starting to show its age in small things but overall fine.

The hotel is well-placed, close to Hofburg Palace, Albertina Museum etc. Very polite and friendly staff. Cozy and spacious room. Great breakfast. Nice atmosphere at the bar.

Beautiful space. Not beautiful in the ornate sense but contemporary, clean and visually appealing. This is what I expected from other Le Meriden properties I’ve visited.
However, the level of customer service we experienced while checking in was truly remarkable. Thanks, Fiona, for making two weary travellers feel welcome and well-taken care of.

We had the best stay in Vienna - the property is everything what we hoped for! Centrally located, we walked pretty much to all the major sites in Vienna but the area was not crowded or too touristy and quiet at night. The hotel itself is very upscale without being too much. The staff was polity, friendly, efficient and flexible (we were able to check out right after our long flight). The breakfast buffet was amazing and tasty, decor of the room and hotel was really cool, their cafe and bar wonderful. Really perfect stay all across the board. Highly highly recommend.

Stayed for one evening. The room was really nice. I was impressed with the gym (bigger than most hotels), and it also had the pool and hot tub. Oddly enough, the gym attendant had no clue how to turn on the hot tub jets. The breakfast buffet was also really good, to include an omelette station.

The hotel is having lot of guests and not enough staff. House cleaning was unable to clean all the rooms, so our room was not cleaned for two days. Also the AC was not working well, and it took long time to send the technician to check it out. The location is wonderful and the facilities are good.

A lovely hotel in a perfect part of town for the visitor. All museums, galleries etc, and old town easily walkable and the area is awash with nice places to eat and drink - including the hotel itself.
Staff were all excellent - hard-working, polite, friendly, and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The room was of a high standard, with some great welcoming touches.
I have no hesitation in recommending!
