I have to say I was a bit disappointed in this property, especially being a property. We run the 55th floor and you could clearly hear traffic around the hotel, which was surprising. We had to order robes to be brought up from housekeeping in room dining was served on paper plates and you had to call to get any type of glassware for the room. The pool did not have any food or beverage services despite it being a somewhat busy season. There is only one restaurant in the entire hotel. There were no mimosa or bloody Mary’s on the breakfast menus. Again, not what I expected staying at a hotel The staff was friendly and responsive, but overall felt the value wasn’t there.

Very clean and classy hotel. Rooms are fresh and clean. The gym was outfitted great and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We love staying at the Trump International Hotel because we don’t have to deal with all the noise and cigarette smoke of some of the other large hotel casinos on the strip. We’re already looking forward to next time!

We stayed in the penthouse and it was amazing. Food was delicious and service was amazing. Worth the money and stay. Great location too.

This hotel is an A+ class act. From the hospitality at the front desk, room service and the superb cleanliness. My wife and I were very comfortable and would recommend Trump hotel to anyone.

Both days if our stay there was no hot warer. Other guests had same problem. Cold showers ruined stay. Tried multiple times to call front desk but no one answers. Bad news.....

The Corner high floor room was wonderful! Excellent accommodations and service. Will definitely stay there again and other Trump Properties!

I enjoyed it the minute I walked through the door. Clean and shiny, excellent friendly service, no casinos and slots and garbage like that and people smoking and making it stinky. Such was my experience down the street and I was less than impressed, but the Trump hotel gave me a totally different point of view!!

The room was big and bathroom large and well designed and decorated. Quiet and luxurious. Beautiful hotel and food at the restaurant was high quality with good service.

It was an average stay, and I wish it was as wonderful as last year. I booked in advance for a conference, having had a wonderful stay the year prior. This year, however, it was a full hotel due to election year, and VP Vance and President Trump were due the same week. At first look, I thought my hotel room would be great. Since I had a several nights’ stay, I completely unpacked and put things away, went out to dinner, and came back late. When I went in to shower, I realized at that point that I was given a room that was an ADA/accessible bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower head would only turn straight toward the side wall, wouldn’t budge otherwise, so I had no choice but to use it as a handheld. In addition, the closet cabinet light stayed on the whole night because the door wouldn’t close properly. I had really been looking forward to the peaceful ambience the Trump Tower usually provides, but it just wasn’t the experience I received this year. The saving grace for me was the cleaning crew really is the greatest. They clean well, and always left me plenty coffee and bottled water. I also should give credit to the security team. I felt safe with the tight security at elevators and check-in (management thoroughly checked my ID and reservation). I also saw a lot of additional staff and alert suits who I assume were extra security. I saw a lot of tourists entering to see the shop and take lobby selfies, so I appreciated the extra safety measures.
