Two remotes for the TV , very confusing. Heater/ air conditioner would not allow us to adjust it so had to unplug it or we would have been too cold. Bathroom m had finger nail clippings on the countertop

Upon entering the room there was an off putting odor. Walking around the room there was trash under the furniture and on the floor near the window. The curtains had grass stuck to them in different spots. The shower visually was scary. When turning on the bathroom sink bugs came out from under the rim of the counter. Noticed spots on the pillowcases and shower mat, might be time to take them out of rotation.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned to our standards at least. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing to write home about.

The hotel was nice and looked good. However, it needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom, and I found food in the freezer portion of the mini-fridge that the maid missed. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

I was very upset when we arrived. Because they told us they had no room available. They were overbooked. We had requested two queen or king beds because my son and I were traveling together. I told him I had already confirmed my reservation. I had already paid for my reservation. I went and got the paper showing my confirmation. And finally, they got the manager. When she came, she heard my complaint and said they had a room they were cleaning that was one king but not two beds but it did have a couch. So my son had to sleep on the couch. I was very upset because they said it was overbooked and they actually only called to notify us 30 minutes before we arrived after traveling for four plus hours to get there. They said because we booked through a third-party that overbooked them. I will not book again through hotel.com. I will go directly to the hotel and book.

Good location! Definitely needs a deep. Our son went swimming then took a shower was walking around room barefoot and the bottom of his feet were disgusting by bedtime.

There was a funny smell in the hallways and the rooms are a bit out dated, however it was not dirty and the staff was very pleasant. Overall stay wasn’t bad at all.

The bathroom faucet needs a good scrubbing, soap dish was broken. Carpet by the elevator needs a good scrub, floor 2. Cleanliness is everything, people will stay where it is clean. Great staff, I will be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay .. from the cleanliness of my room ,all the way down to the friendly and smiling staff ! Its syper close to the Ft. SILL Military base. I'd definitely book again .

When I book the room I made a mistake and book the wrong date. Call the hotel and tried to change the date and was gave the run around. They said I needed to talk to the third party that book the room, and when I contacted them they said I need to call the hotel. All I need was a date change I was not trying to counsel the room. We traveled with family for a reunion with my husbands mother who lives at a retirement home in Lawton. We had 3 rooms which were grouped together which was very convenient. Rooms were clean and very spacious. The aniline lost our sons luggage, which had the babies pack and play, but the two side by side couches were shoved together to make a very nice bed. play area for the toddler.The 3rd floor halls were very quiet, did not here a peep and slept like a baby. Beds were very soft. Air conditioner kept room as cold as you wanted it. Water was very hot in shower. Lots of towels. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs and sausage, choice of breads, cereal, yogurt and milk. No juice. Some fresh fruit was offered as well, bananas, apples, and oranges. Coffee was hot with creamer selections. Pool is not closed as others stated. The door in the lobby is broken and locked. You need to go outside and use the key card side door to get in. Pool is small and shallow, 3 1/2 feet, but cool and refreshing after a hot day on Mt. Scott. A little wear and tear in the bathroom but nothing drastic. For the price we paid as a group, it was worth the stay. Out of all the hotels in the area, which we have stayed in all, this and 2 others are the best. Will stay again.

Online stated check-in age 18 or older got here and it was 21 or older. I just drove 10 hours to be told I can’t check in.
