Hidden gem - booked for overnight stay before cruise out of Miami. Staff incredible, very warm, generous, superb customer service. Phenomenal burger at the bar / restaurant- recommended by the bar tender . Did not disappoint.

Phone didn’t work. The bathroom was not user friendly. You have one sliding door that only one person can use so either someone taking a shower and using the bathroom. The shower doesn’t have a shelf or ledge to put anything on. Very strange set up. Won’t be coming back.

Would have been nice if they had said the restaurant/bar was under renovation when I booked.
Menu at the “restaurant” was extremely limited - more like lame pub food than restaurant.
Room had bad lighting, drawers that didn’t close, shower head and water pressure terrible. Pool is small and not heated.
Room was super loud with it being right on the highway.
Staff couldn’t be bothered to be kind or helpful.
The mini “store” had only chips, a couple pieces of candle, freezer burned ice cream and pot pie. Nothing anyone would ever want to eat.
Coffee was weak and terrible.
Would not ever stay here again.

Staff was great but there 4 days without room being cleaned seemed strange. No trash removal or anything. Fridge in neither of rooms worked and place could use some touch ups

Nice and tucked away but convenient to everything. Very quiet and rhe staff was amazing. Shout out to Shanelle at the front desk and Angie at the bar. Everyone was very hospitable. I would've liked a bigger balcony, but that was no big deal.

We did not get the queen room and balcony we paid for. I confirmed at 3pm and arrived at 11pm. Staff person was poor with their customer service skills and probably needs to change jobs. Would not stay again or recommend.
