Great apartment in the centre of everything

Booked the room for it's size and location and these conditions definitely did not disappoint! Very comfortable bedding too and the bath amenities smell really good as well. Definitely will stay again the next time we visit KL.

Thank you to the Pan Pacific for a wonderful stay. This property is five star or even above. The serviced one bedroom apartment was great. So much room for our 6 day stay. Thank you to Amy Loo who always greeted us with a smile and a quick chat. Gladys, Esther and the rest of the staff were exceptional in their service at the breakfast room. The Pan Pacific is attached to the Park Royal Collection Hotel where you can use their restaurants and charge to your room at the Pan Pacific. We had the seafood buffet which is on friday and saturday nights at the Thyme restaurant at the Park Royal. Everything you wanted in seafood was there. Once again impeccable service by the staff. The Malaysian people are very polite and english is understood widely which certainly helps tourists. Kuala Lumpur is well worth a visit for sightseeing and shopping and certainly a stay at The Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments is a must. Once again thank you to all the staff who made our stay so pleasurable.

Back for a second visit after less than 3 months as loved it so much the first time. Love the spacious rooms, thoughtfully designed. Bathrooms are huge with great rain showers. Fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. Lovely pool, which was really not busy at all. Great views from every window in room. Just small things which need maintenance such as tiles starting to lift from floors and cleaner grout between tiles in showers. Highly recommend location as easy 6-7 minute walk to the TRX and even closer to Pavilion. Right next door to Lot 10 and across from Sungei Wan if you like bargains and vintage stuff.

Overall an excellent stay. Check in at 6pm disappointing as the room wasn't ready. Eventually the manager came and got it sorted. Room lovely, breakfast excellent and great pools to relax in at the start or end of the day.

Great location with easy access to the monorail and MRT nearby. Right next to Lot 10, opposite Sungei Wang and lots of good rats nearby. Walking distance to Jln Alor and many others. Hotel is clean and spacious.

This was our 2nd stay in their 2 bedrooms deluxe suite ( 3 nights each stay) 5 stars hotel standard - big, new, clean, even the kitchen/washer/dryer are in good conditions and good servicing crews. Good location surrounding with good food( both local and restaurants) , shopping and MRT/train station within walking distance.

Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Buit Bintang and loads to see and do to absorb the local culture. Breakfast okay but after a few days becomes a little bit monotonous and could do with more options but probably just being picky.. went to some other places for breakfast which was reasonable. Excellent apartment and facilities were great. Impeccably clean and staff who were wonderful. We will be back to this wonderfully vibrant city 🙏

Sensational beautiful and clean hotel staffed by friendly personnel. Very convenient to Pavilion shopping centre, food street Jalan Alors and smack in the middle of shopping area and night life. The washer/dryer in the apartment is super convenient as with the tropical weather, I showered and changed clothes at least three times a day. I have planned to return next year.

check in was ok but when we arrived we expected someone to escort us to our rooms and at least get a guide on what is available in the hotel as well as how to manage their poor aircondations. You couldn't turn up the temperature, so it was constantly freezing in the rooms, which was uncomfortable. This was told to the front desk and we were moved to a new room late at night. The new room had the exact same problem and we got a "premium" room which was exactly like the other two rooms, just with a better view. Again, the air conditioning could not be turned up in degrees. We were seriously woken up at 1-2am because engineers came to check the system, even though we had contacted them way before that time. They have ruined our honeymoon, and we have wasted a total of two and a half days just changing rooms. Also, my husband was met by a member of staff who said "we can't change your room again" when he wanted to tell them they had to fix the problem and that we don’t want to pack up our stuff for the third time. To solve the problem, they turned off the entire system so we couldn't use the air conditioning at all. It helped when you had to sleep, but on the other hand you were hot during the day because the sun hit directly into the room. Terrible hotel and not worth the money at all. The reception does not answer and there is rarely anyone available. They are poorly staffed even though the hotel is large. By the way, there was no proper cleaning. Dirty floor and no wacuum.
