Had trouble with the booking at the hotel end and AC was off, not working

I booked room with 2 beds. When I arrived I asked to have a room with a shower. Got upstairs to a room with only 1 bed. Had to go back downstairs to get room with shower and TWO beds. Then called front desk to request nonslip mat for shower bc it was too slippery. The janitor brought up a TOWEL! Hotel didn’t have any non slip grip mats. Y’all are asking for lawsuit ! It’s too slippery. My daughter was using a crutch bc of knee injury ! Had to put many towels down for her not to slip

Don't stay here for any reason. The staff is rude, disrespectful and has poor customer service. There were roaches and ants everywhere. Bed bugs covered the bed and the toilets were brown and the shower was filled with mildew. Just nasty!!!

My stay wasn’t too bad. My room was clean and breakfast was good. My only complaint was their WiFi sucks. Overall it was a good stay.

The pictures showed a different room than what I received, and there was quite a few things wrong with the road besides cleanliness. There was a phone, but no cord or plug-in and thanks for not very clear.

There was a heated pool and hot tub listed which was part of why we booked the room. Upon arrival, the pool was confirmed. Upon arrival at the pool, it was not heated and the hot tub was not working.

We came for the weekend and it was a nice stay. Everyone was so friendly and the place was clean!! For a mom on a budget, it was the perfect stay!! My daughter really enjoyed the indoor pool!!

Decent Motel. It is close to a mall and it is secluded. I stayed in first floor and hallway carpet is in bad shape because people coming out of swimming pool and walking on it with wet feet.
Breakfast was not much to talk about as many food, tea, and fruits ran out. The attendee did not know how to make coffee and I asked the front desk to help out and they did.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
I suggest rating of 7 out of 10 due to hike in price, low quality of BF but good room comfort

Was good! They just forgot to put a trash can in the bathroom but the breakfast was good and thr staff was super sweet!

Room was not clean. There was hair on the floors in the room. We only stayed for one day.

When I booked I did pay at property the Friday morning that I was to leave I woke up to my card trying to be charged the full amount for the room 3 times I keep my card locked so it did not go threw i normally pay cash for rooms later that day they tried again i then called and they asked if i could go ahead and pay it i did then we get there we waited just to be let threw the doors to get to the desk for 30 min till i messaged one of my friends that was staying in another room to come let us in they had already gone ahead and checked into the room for me so i did not have to go to the desk thank god cause there was no one there then Saturday morning at 2am my phone starts going off multiple charges for 25.00 i tried calling did not get threw i then when online where i booked threw they called and asked why they told them it was a hold till we checked out the rep asked them to let me be as i was sleeping and that i would get it taken care of in the morning went down that morning and the rep at the desk knew nothing about it and told me they did not know why okay go on with my day again sunday morning at 2 am it happen again i get up out of bed go to the desk no one is there waited 15 min nothing went back up to my room went back to sleep and checked out the next morning the hotel is nice and very clean but the customer service is not at all i will not book there again due to the mulitple times trying to charge my card
