Check in was smooth. Once we got to the room we left our luggage and left for dinner. Once we got back we noticed both beds were dirty and had bed bugs. Both beds had what looked like bodily fluids. I took pictures to show front desk. We were told we were welcome to check out. Claiming they had no other available rooms. We had to find another place to stay at 11pm.

We paid for a hotel that provided free breakfast just for them to have no breakfast so I didn’t get what I paid for.

Great as usual. Have stayed at this property several times. Only one complaint, bulb was burned out in bathroom. However, we had excellent service when we needed a different clothes iron. Would recommend.

It wasn’t very comfortable with the bed against a wall and the way I lay I couldn’t see the TV when I laid down. No one was there when I showed up early and the bathrooms were locked down. No shampoo accessories in the bathroom even though there was a setup for them. The hair dryer didn’t work and wasn’t supported when you touched it. Mine fell off the wall when I went to use it and never came on. Not very satisfied with the stay.

Extended stay but no dishes, coffee pot cups etc. I didn’t bring that stuff. Room was filthy. Front desk person was rude when I got there a little early for check in.

Cheap yes very much. Advertising breakfast which was a stor bought muffin and nutagrain bar. Two of the days they were out completely. Nothing was put out. Sink bowl was cracked, hair dryer did not work. If you wanted any dishes or utensils you had to make a request. We went to store and bought our own. If you are trying to say money this is the place.

The grill area looks nice in the photo but the grills were so dirty we didn't dare touch them. Had to leave a day early and was told they could not credit me for the day

This was a very pleasant surprise when we arrived. Therr was a stove and fridge and comfort all over (: it made it worth the drive. The only thing was the breakfast it is To Go so not like other hotels but it wasn't too bad

Wasn’t able to check in early. Arrived at 215 and had to wait until 3. Was told if I checked in early and would be charged $50. Not a fan. Also if you needed additional blankets or towels you would be charged. If you left trash outside your door you’d be charged. Be careful with the extra fees at this place. Very disappointed!!!

Clean, comfortable, nice little grab-N-go breakfast, solid coffee, kind staff when I checked in. What more do you need? Gym and laundry were A1. I’d stay here again if I wasn’t permanently moving to the area.

They wouldn't let me stay because I didn't have my i.d. but the person whose name the room was in had one and I can't get the money back on my card so I can stay anywhere else so I am out in the outside tonight for no reason

There wasn't anything hot breakfast or any cleaning services. The website claim it comes with all these additional amenities but it's like you're only paying to sleep there so it's basically false advertisement. Which was annoying.

Advertise free breakfast on website but not not have. 1 day they did have muffins and cereal bars at the front desk. Also because I booked on a website and I checked out a day earlier than plan I could not be refunded by the hotel when asked at the front desk.

Didn't like the fact no one seems to be at front dest at all times. Continental breakfast terrible most guest walked away shaking their heads very disappointed.

Stayed in room 105 on an extended business trip and it was horrible it had a mildew mold smell. We asked to switch rooms many times during our 5 day stay and they wouldn’t allow us to. We had them come check the AC unit they said everything was good. Our whole room beds, clothing etc.. were damp with mildew. I got really sick and was vomiting because of the conditions. Worst hotel stay I have ever encountered. They charged us $50 per room to check in early. We ended up switching to the Hilton Gatden Inn instead. Haven’t had any issues since we switched hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn down the street was so accommodating they didn’t even charge an early check in fee and made sure our room was up to par for us.

Property and rooms were run down. But, the AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. It was also nice to have a fridge.

I was told two different check in times. Had to wait several hours after traveling 16 hours. Do not have house keeping so no clean towels daily. Was told they will charge me 10 dollars for every towel i ask for. Was told 25 dollars charge for trash pick up. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee no cream. No food. Was it worth the price definitely not. Would not choose this place again

My Father and I stayed 2 nights as we were in town for my Nephews BCT Graduation. The breakfast was grab and go which was fine but when you have nobody overseeing the items or "babysitting", you have work crews and others taking more than one item for grab and go, leaving none for other's. There wasnt really anyone at the front desk, which if they are having to help clean rooms, thats sad and shameful. The beds were mildly comfortable. There wasnt much else that was bad. Be aware that when the doors close, they are EXTREMELY loud.
