The properties is a little bit rundown. I didn’t like that the Jacuzzi closes at 8 PM and you can’t use the pool at night. All of these things are not reflective on the website and it does say 24 hour fitness.

The property was definitely outdated, but the room/lobby area were kept very clean. The cafe on the property was a bit boring and there weren’t many options for food.

We can not say enough good things about Richard who checked us in!
He was very friendly and top notch for making us feel welcomed! He gave us a wonderful coconut water infused sake drink with cool wash clothes upon arrival.

Horrible service. They did not provide me a receipt upon check out and they told me it would few minutes
I call three times in the next three hours to get the receipt (invoice) they charged me for breakfast that was included in my reservation again even I confirmed with the front desk about it.

The service was amazing, the amenities are great, the hotel is clean. Even with a huge festival going on during our stay we could rest and enjoy our stay. The bed was too soft for my liking but besides that everything was just perfect.

Very upscale 5 star experience. The young lady who checked me in was great, I was upgraded to a large room with a wrap around balcony, very pleased with this hotel and you can’t beat it for the price. I even received beach side service which looking down at the other hotels I didn’t see.
