By far the best hotel for service, location and decor. I had an upgraded room and every details of the stay was managed very well including transfer of luggage, complimentary tickets and the wonderful jacky bar

This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences!

Girls trip to Capri Tiberio Palace was amazing. Could have stayed forever. Oliver and his staff were so gracious, helpful, attentive to every detail. Helped with all our transfers and cars. Will definitely stay again

Quality of facilities excellent. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Most impressive was the staff. Lots of them fully dedicated to your needs but also incredibly friendly, helpful and proficient. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. They take real pride in their brand. We will come back.

My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous stay at Tiberio. Junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful location, great staff and a fabulous breakfast.
Special mention to Oliver the manager for his meal suggestions, Martina at the front desk, Davide and Alessandro for making our stay so memorable. Best, Amit & Olivia

Worst concierge service hands down- they do the bare minimum and seem to be poorly trained. Don’t expect them to get you restaurant reservations at your place of choice on short notice. Very forgetful as well- make sure double check many times if they are working on your request. House keeping in the hotel overall is not that good either.

The 1-bedroom sea view suite we were in was fully renovated and decorated with a ton of details/objects/art on each wall (e.g. Sophia Loren magazine covers, miniature Riva boat), making it a pretty unique hotel room with great character and warmth. The vibe in the hotel is great despite the fact that we were in low season and location is perfect, just off the busy retail street and near restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with our 9 month old baby. While they strictly adhered to covid cleanliness and social distancing guidelines, we never felt service was compromised. The service was excellent from everybody we met at the hotel. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
