The hotel was very blah.... I was expecting it to be newer, so when we checked in and found the hotel to be very dated and old, it was a disappointment. We were only here for one night. It was in a quiet location. It wasn't dirty. It just didn't feel clean.

We arrived @2am to no staff at the front desk. We waited around for 25 minutes and almost decided to sleep on the couches in the lobby when a staff finally came out of nowhere with pizza in their hand looking guilty, mumbling and apologizing. Then keycards didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk again when all we wanted to do was go to sleep. Definitely a poor check-in experience. The pool was clean and they provided towels. Checkout process was seamless.

Good hotel, terrible room! We stayed last fall for 3-4 nights and had a great stay in a room on an upper floor. This time we were given a ground floor room that had the wheelchair accessible shower, that we did not request. That would have been ok except the floor drain stunk and the room smelled like weed. Had to ask for soap for the sink and shower gel for the shower. Fridge was dorm room type whose door was open when we arrived with a thick cake of ice on the back wall. Hopefully the rest of the rooms are as good as what we had the first time.

It was perfect except for the old fashioned toilet that makes you sit almost on the floor.Breakfast was amazing with fab made to order omelette with the works, yougurt with the most wonderful berries , good strong coffee.
Mattress was too soft for us . Other than that, it was super.

This hotel checked all the boxes. Close to everything 10-15 minute drive to downtown Charleston and beaches. Shopping close by. Wonderful staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House. It is in a safe area with close proximity to downtown. Easy parking, friendly staff and free breakfast. Highly recommend.

We were in area for a wedding… convenient location as well as clean! Friendly/welcoming and helpful staff:) and the breakfast was really good! So nice to have the option of a freshly made (to order) omelet!

We stay at the Hyatt when we come to Mt Pleasant which is very often because my boyfriend has cancer on his face and specifically the nose.

Staying here was a great choice for visiting Isle of Palms. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There are several excellent dining options available within 10 minutes of the hotel, I recommend stopping in at The Flying Biscuit for breakfast one day.

This is my second or third stay at this property. The employees have always been very friendly, the property and rooms are very clean. I loved the room with the kitchenette and sectional couch. Will be back next year!

The hotel was modern and esthetically pleasing but our room wasnt the cleanest, splatters on wall entering room by trash can, toothpaste on bathroom door and walls. Dried conditioner on shower walls and in kitchen there was food splatter on wall by sink and dusty furniture. The bed was comfortable and the rest of room was nice.
