The parking is tricky and you will get your exercise. Great downtown location and it is convenient to everything

The entire staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional. The room design was great! The bathroom was very clean (the tub was a little slippery). A great stay!

They let us drop our bags off early, which was nice, because we had plans to see ye Statue of Liberty. They were supposed to text us even our room was ready, but we didn’t get that text until after we officially checked in, which was later than the check in time. I didn’t try to get breakfast personally, but my patents said they charge for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and nice. As far as transportation in the area, it took us over an hour and four different Ubers before one agreed to take us to NYC. So if your goal is to go to the city, definitely stay in NY instead. The area itself seems a little rough around the edges.

The room was 80 degrees and could need be move to another room because no availability, plus maintenance staff were not available at night. We were given a fan that barely blew any air. The entire night was uncomfortable to the point where I could not get any sleep.

There was only two things that I don't like. Aw come to this hotel like twice a year and I use an electric scooter. I hate the fact that I have the school to scoot all around the building outside.
