We really enjoyed our week stay here. We had a junior suite facing the pool, literally 10 steps from our balcony. The staff are really lovely and friendly. The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed and was cleaned daily. We had food also which was very cheap and really tasty. The hotel is right in the middle of shops and restaurants but was very quiet. Our room was at the back facing the sky lounge. We had a great stay here and the price was good.

Lovely spacious room with balcony and everything needed including a comfortable armchair and bed.
There was a restaurant serving a good selection of breakfasts and it was open for lunch and dinner.
Downstairs were many other restaurants and shops and clothing stalls.
Everything needed was close by but the beach was a long walk away.

All around great hotel! Very well located, inside a shopping mall. With several places to eat and shop! Great great breakfast! Very nice people at the front desk! Must stay in Seminiak!

Loved the junior suite, so quiet at night and so close to EVERTHING, including padel courts. Great space, comfy bed, lovely pool. Will definitely stay here again. Staff were brilliant.

Central location. Cool air conditioner clean large comfortable bed. Pool great not so many people so lovely. Great area to walk around surrounding shops below. Not far from beach. Walked Legian beach 40mins.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Toilets not flushing, sensor for keycard needed to be replaced. No soap dispenser in shower on arrival. The pool has tiles missing and the pool toilet is disgusting. Door on that broken too. Busy but not enough pool beds and umbrellas available. Stayed last year but has gone down hill quickly

Liked the room but definitely needs upgraded.Toilet would not flush.
Don’t like the fact they allow people to smoke at the pool.
Staff were all very helpful.

Was a nice looking place close to everything but sheets and linen were stained and balconies didn’t feel to safe and the smell was rotten only stayed for 1 night

Great location, great value for the $$. Room was excellent. My only fault would be the bed was not the most comfortable & they had no power at bed head board to charge the phones. Still, overall, great value & yes, I would stay again!

Parts of the hotel needs a bit of an update ie painting and the bathroom, I used, needs a new shower screen. Neither of these issues would put me off staying again.

The location is perfect; shops, bars, restaurents plently around. Beach just a view min walking distance. Breakfast is good enough

I enjoyed staying there for my first experience in Bali. It is a central area with lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s a busy place. Easy to get transportation from there. In the evening there are music downstairs from the restaurant, I don’t mind it because it stops early on most nights. I’m glad I stayed there overall for my first time in Bali. The staff are all very friendly.

Was amazing, especially the housekeeping, I love the swimming pool, very tidy.
The customers service was beautiful, am pretty the workers are well trained.
I will be sure everyone I know that’s coming to Bali, will stay in your hotel .

Not bad hotel for a cheap hotel right in the centre of town. Staff were very nice. Room was reasonable for the price. On the top level of the shopping centre. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. But good value.

we arrived at the hotel close to midnite. the staff were ready with the documentations and registration was done in less than 5 mins. no extra charges or deposit was collected during registration. such a pleasant 1st impression.
