Quite nice, clean and convenient property. Nice room size and facilities. Quite friendly and helpful staff. Upon my request they could arrange early check in. BF could have been little better with more options especially for vegetarians. Rest all perfect.

This was our first time in Singapore. We arrived a little before check-in started and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. They got us into a room quickly which was so appreciated after a 19 hour travel day. The room was lovely with many large windows framing the city view. The hotel location was perfectly situated next to a huge variety of dining locations and right next to an MRT station so we could hop on and off the train to explore on our own. The concierge was very helpful when it came to explaining the MRT and its different lines. The pool was an oasis on a very hot and humid day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Really nice place to stay, a bit off the centre which is more advantage than not. Also super close to metro station, and can get you anywhere. The staff and amenities were great, and buffet breakfast was decent, with variety better than in your average hotel.

Great location with the Farrer MRT just across the road. Easy access to shops, Mustafa Centre and eateries. Highly recommended for a great value hotel with a wonderful pool and gym.

Staff was phenomenonal. So willing to help out and even upgraded our room. Possibly one of the nicest stays I have had in Singapore!

We use to stay before Covid at the ONE FARRER on several occasions, for up to more than 3 Weeks. This time we booked 12 Nights at the Loft. Check-in and check-out was speedy and good, as always.The replacement of the Restaurant and Bar next to the Lobby was a small disapointment to us. The Loft was always well cleaned by Arul. However the Quality of the Towels and Bathrobes leaves much to be disired. Haevily used and frayed. Definitely not 5* standard, not even 4* Now to the Highlight of the Hotel, which is the main reason for our stay. The beautifull, long and warm Pool for the daily Morning-Workout. Unfortunatly this is now a very poor maintained Area. During our previous visites it was always very well looked after. Now, a orange Plastic Bottle lays for 8 DAYS under the right outside Shower. A small white Towel lays for 5DAYS next to the pool on the floor. Quite a few tiles are wobbly. Paper Tissues and Glases laying around for Days on the Deckchairs, together with fallen Leafes. Inside the Pool, at the deep end, laying rotting BLACK leafes and branches. ( black means that they are there for many days) The whole Poolarea looks very untidy and dirty. Towelquality is also poor, overused. We dont know yet, if we are going to patronise the Hotel again in future !

They kindly upgraded our room since it was my birthday and also gave me a birthday cake which was one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve had.
