Great location! Right off Sol Plaza, so I could see the Christmas tree going up from the balcony. The room was small, but clean and was bright. Bathroom sink was tiny and hard to use. Toilet was fine for me, but I could see someone else bigger having issues. Shower was good. At night you can hear partiers until 5am, which is probably true for anywhere with bars nearby, but it's not too loud. I wore ear plugs to drown out any remaining noise with the windows shut. Overall, great value for the price and views.

The hostal is overrated and overpriced. The room was so old with below average condition, however my booking was for a superb double room. To pay such an amount of 137 USD for one single night I think I should be accommodated in a hotel not a hostal. Hotel.com should provide and investigate more accurate information about the properties announced as the photo and the review refelect completely different image

This hostel had a great location, close to major sites. Restaurants around every corner, close to supermarkets and no more than a 20 minute walk to El Retiro park, great statues and place to relax and row a boat!
Staff was pleasant, and despite being in a fairly busy area, noise was minimal, beds were comfy and the hostel was clean.

Great location right in the Sol area. Room was only small but was big enough for the 2 of us and was more of a base than somewhere i was going to spend a lot of time in.
Reception staff were all great, very friendly and room was cleaned in the daytime when we were out.

Nice small hostel with 2 min walk to Puerta del Sol. Rooms a bit small but a good value for money!

Location is good, 3 minutes walk to subway. No safe box is provided. We stayed there for 3 days. Towels were not changed. No handheld shower head is provided, only with rain shower head.

This was a perfect place for my long weekend in Madrid. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was simply furnished, but practical and well equipped.

The room was okay, very small but understandable European size but the pillows had stains and the towels were a bit dirty. Our room faced the street and the room was above a bar so we barely slept during our 2 night sleep. If you are coming for enjoying and need sleep this may not be the place.

Room was very clean and functional. Staff were super lovely and helpful. Allowed baggage to be left as well the next day. However, room is sooooo loud, there was a party until 5am and there is no sound proofing. Can also hear all the other guests in the hallway. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper!

I loved how cute this place was! Clean and the service was lovely. Also a great location just a few minutes walk from Sol Metro. The only negative was how hard it was to find the property, I walked past the front door several times looking for it.

The staff was so helpful and stored my luggage for me while also letting me check in early. The rooms were clean and the location was ideal!

Excellent location! Lots of restaurants near. Next to the shopping mall and puerta de sol.
Room was excellent, a bit small but otherwise great. Highly recommend
