This is our go-to place to stay at the falls. Super convenient. Well kept, clean and great beds. On the top floors you can get a nice view of the American Falls. Parking on-site is $25/day/CDN. Pricey for off season. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was lovely. We lucked in to a great view. Room was quiet. Did not hear other rooms. Restaurant with same name by owned separately? Needs some tweaking. Actually only said they had bottled water.....no just cold drinking water...so $3/bottled. Never had to pay for reg water at a seated table. Food okay .

Beds & chair were comfortable. Super low water pressure, not much hot water either. Good sized toilet with updated shower area.
Hot tub water was hot, maybe too hot if you're old. Both pool water & hot tub water were really clean.
Parking price is a bit high.

This is a perfect hotel to stay if you want to explore Niagara Falls and explore the surrounding area during day time and night time. It has a reasonable price with places including Niagara Falls are walkable.

We only stayed one night, but our room was clean and nicely updated. We were on the street side, which offered a great view, but we could hear the go karts running on the tracks (located across the street). It wasn't super loud, but noticeable. Not a deal breaker for me, if in the area again, I would stay there again. They had breakfast for an extra cost, but we left too early, so I can't attest to how good it was. Parking on site was close, but an extra fee. We got lucky, and snagged a spot right out front. It's close enough to everything that we were able to walk to where we going. We did walk down to the falls, which was probably a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a great stay.

Close to Niagara tourism. Parking was a upcharge, there is plenty of less expensive parking nearby. Room was clean and nice. Tiny bath towels and no hot water. We could see the falls from our 9th floor room.

Staff great bed was awful. The beds creeped and you felt the springs. Pillows were not comfortable. Towels were not fluffy and had to ask for xtra. Bathroom fan was falling from the ceiling. Wouldn’t give it rave reviews.

We stayed 2 nights to take in some of the Niagara Falls attractions we hadn't done in years. Location was perfect, right on Victoria Ave, so easy to either walk or take the WeGo bus. Price was surprisingly reasonable for the location, but that likely had to do with the time of year. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant which offered both a buffet and menu. No real complaints about this property & would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and big. It was updated which was nice. Parking was the biggest downside. On the website, it states on site parking available. There was no where that I saw that parking was actually a block over for a fee. It was dark when we arrived so it was a bit frustrating to have to figure out where to drive to for parking and then have to pay for it. We had trouble finding and had to come in and ask for further direction and the staff wasn’t very kind about it. They seemed annoyed. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly warm reception, clean, very comfortable beds, in walking distance to the falls and excellent restaurants, Remington Steak House and Antica (Arugula Pear Salad - yummy) and the pizza.

The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our bathroom was well organized and very clean with gleaming white linens.
The swimming pool water was crystal clear as was the hot tub.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and my boyfriend and I really like it. Perfect location, room was super clean and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights during the week on our holidays and everything was fantastic!
Rooms were very tidy and clean, prime spot walk out to Clifton hill less then a minute, pool area and hot tub and gym was a bonus!
William at the front desk was super helpful and also gave us one of the best rooms in the building. Most stunning view of Clifton hill and the American falls I've ever had so fat while staying in Niagara.
We will definitely be back! :D
