Mukava paikka ja hyvin avulias henkilökunta. Sijainnista pääsi helposti nähtävyyksille ja lähellä oli hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Hyvät ja leveät sängyt. Tilava huone ja kaikki toimi.

Pyyhkeille voisi olla enemmän pyyhekoukkuja.

The hotel was 15 minutes away from the falls,the room was clean and tidy, the people working there were very friendly and helpful.

We stay here at least 3 times a yr. Close to the falls, both casinos clifton hill etc. Friendly staff.

The location is nice.

We booked this room to enjoy the hot tub, but it was so dirty (hair and debris in the tub) that we couldn’t use it. The room itself was not clean and there were dusts everywhere. The queen bed didn’t have proper pillows for sleeping and there were just 4 cushions.

It’s in a great location, rooms are very clean and reasonable price.

Room was a good size, and while I didn't need it was upgraded to a room with 2 beds for no extra charge. The bed itself was comfortable enough and the shower was nice and hot. Very good location especially for accessing events at the Convention Centre or Fallsview.

Room had a TV but with the usual Niagara Falls HD Antenna Free to Air channel offerings, and I couldn't really figure out how to work the remote that well--but nothing much on the TV anyways. A Microwave in the room would have been nice, but appreciated the fridge and the Keurig coffee machine and they came and

No privacy swinging lock that can only be applied from inside with door closed. It was just an old ordinary 3 story outside access motel with outside steps. Somewhat dumpy environment
