The stay at this hotel was amazing. The room was so nice I honestly didn’t want to leave. The design and decor was immaculate. I loved that check out was at 12pm. They also offer breakfast which is a plus. Gym area is really nice, I loved the outdoor area with the fire pit.

Wonderful new property, modern, easy check in easy check out, very safe. They have an outdoor area with tv that allows you to relax and be yourself. This is definitely one of my new favorite places in Columbia to stay.

I reserved and paid for a king suite. I arrived later at night because the booking said check did not have an end time. I learned they had given away all of their king suites and they would not allow me to cancel the reservation or refund the price difference for the rooms. The front desk said they had no authority to change the booking or price and that I could talk to the manager in the morning. The manager informed me the next day that they are only required to provide me with a place to sleep and not what I reserved and they would not provide a refund for the price difference in rooms. The room was clean and fine, but the customer service was abysmal. They seemed as if they couldn’t care less about the enjoyment of the stay and just wanted to book rooms.

This property was perfect for our stay. The room was beautiful and I felt safe staying there with my kids. We loved the outdoor games and the breakfast was great. If we are ever in the Columbia area again we will absolutely be staying here again

Beautiful new modern hotel. Room was huge! Right off 77 so perfect location if traveling that way. We would definitely stay here again. It doesn’t have a pool which was a bit odd if that’s important to you.

Although the property is located right on the main drag in jacksonville.. it's tucked behind several restaurants and a business park, so it is very convenient to dining and shopping.. but also set back far enough from the road that it is remarkably quiet. It's a newer property so everything is in really good shape... Housekeeping staff was friendly and welcoming...tho they knocked on my door at 8:04 a.m. despite the PRIVACY PLEASE tag hanging OUTSIDE my door ;-)?! 😳😬🤔🙄 MATISHA has a beautifully welcoming smile at check-in...
