There was a seperate entrance to the rooms so you dont have to walk through the pub below and parking around the back. The rooms were clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice nights sleep. Will stay again

The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and inviting, it had everything we needed for a one night stay. The hotel is also pet friendly, and we had adequate room for 2 dog beds. The bed (or beds) did let the room down, as we had 2 single beds pushed together, and one mattress was higher than the other which made it rather uncomfortable, and we had to sleep on seperate sides of the bed. The only other downside was that it was rather noisy as we were above a lively pub and on a main road. For one nights stay this was bearable.

Newly renovated hotel above a pub. Room is clean and comfy. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Had a great time at the pub with the town folks! Friendship hotel lived up to its name!

Lovely clean, modern rooms. Rear entrance could do with bringing up to standard with rest of property, but this did not affect our stay.

Super place but major issue with window blind and traffic let to much light in and traffic cars gave lights through blinds so wish had good black out curtains

The room was very good, I personally think the lack of a breakfast is a major missed oportunatity.
Also maybe a review of the public house may be in order.
During our stay all hell broke loose and the blues and two's arrived with their riot gear. All contained in the pub thank goodness.

No fuss stay - parking on site, room key access via key box. Easy to come and go as needed. Very comfy bed!

Great room with everything we needed. Added bonus of being above a cracking pub. Maybe shouldn’t have had the baby Guinness nightcap.
